Property was beautiful with SO many bedrooms/beds and bathrooms! The pool and view from the back are gorgeous. Well-stocked. Safe. Comfortable. Truly an amazing spot for a large group!

Overall great time. Grill was a bit rough (wouldn't light without hand lighter and only half burners worked), and pool furniture could use a refresh. Otherwise, great property, large space, nice view.

We rented this property to spend time as a family. The home is lovely and spacious and we really enjoyed our time!! I feel like the pictures don’t do it justice. There was plenty of room for everyone to either be together or be separate from the group. Lots of balcony space. The pool is kid friendly and the game room was a big hit as well. Overall, we loved it and felt very comfortable, the space was welcoming and homey. The management team is attentive, responds quickly, and friendly!
Things to note:
-All the pots and pans are Teflon coated but are scratched, we love to cook so I regret not bringing mine
-Knives were not the sharpest but a knife sharpener is available
-The kitchen is stocked with spices, dishwasher pods, paper towels, trash bags, two dishwashers, a few decorative cheese boards, and enough plates, cups, utensils for at least one meal for 16 people
-Awesome ice maker in the island
-The home is gated and located right off a highway
-There are full bathrooms throughout, upstairs bedrooms are Jack and Jill style
-Master suite is in fact massive
-The mattresses are just okay
-The grill was just okay too
-There is an HEB 3 mins away
-Austin is about 20-30 mins drive from there
-The home is kept at 72* or 73* but it felt much cooler
-The basement bedroom was the warmest part of the house
-Lots of card and board games available
-There is a challenging 1000 piece Christmas theme jigsaw puzzle—surprisingly all the pieces are there, we found out after 6 hours :)

The size of the property provided a space for everyone to gather or recharge. It far exceeded our expectations!

Home needs a little TLC. Several lights out or not working. Entry way and decks could have been cleaned more. Master bath and bedroom, no towels or cloths hangers at all. Coffee pot works poorly. Minor things, but for such a beautiful home you would think things would be taken care of better. We would stay again if they will have us.

Our group of long time friends who get together every year enjoyed the spacious living areas. Kitchen was wonderful as we mostly ate in. However, the house is not being well maintained. Air intake vents need the filters changed (basement bathroom), living room windows have hand/finger prints over them and a designated recycle bin needs to be obvious. Handrail to basement is dangerous!

We booked this house for a bachelor party and had 13 adults stay. The house is beautiful but the kitchen was incredibly under stocked, we did not have enough pots/pans/etc to cook a meal for 13 people. I messaged the manager on three separate occasions and only got a response once. When she did she responded quickly but our problem was not resolved. The AC did not work AT ALL in one bedroom, and barely worked in 4 bedrooms. Only the master suites and the main house cooled off enough to sleep comfortably in the 106 degree summer heat.
Overall the property was private, quiet, gorgeous and the venue would have been perfect if it weren’t for the communication issues and unbearable heat in the bedrooms. I’d still give a 4 out of 5 for this stay.

This house was perfect for our large group. The downside is they have tenants that stay on the property and have a nighttime curfew of 10pm for outside so we felt like we couldn't be out on the balcony's. Overall it was a great experience

I stayed with a group of women for a retreat together and we really enjoyed our stay. The layout and the balconies are really expansive. I loved the art on the walls. It is a wonderful place to go with a group.

Awesome mansion
The place is even better in person than it is in the photos. A mansion with many cool areas to hang out... poolside, main floor porch, upper level porch, game room, etc.
The house has that "wow factor" moment when you first walk in. Amazing views.
It was clean and in good shape. The hosts had toiletries and plenty of towels for everyone.
Only downsides... it's a little further from downtown than I realized on the map. About 25 minute uber, not a huge pain, but it's out there a bit. I wished we could have checked in earlier than 4pm as we had out of towners who arrived around noon, but I get the rules. Also, I missed this in the description, but there is an attached house where staff lives. Not a big deal but I hadn't read that and then was startled one night when we were outside and saw them. Again, no big deal, just an FYI.
Overall, a fantastic experience and one of the most memorable houses anyone on our trip had ever stayed in.

Amazing property.
An impressively large home with pool and good location. If you don't live in a mansion, entering this home was an OMG moment. It was also clean and well equipped. Only drawbacks were a strange configuration of one of the bedrooms, where people staying there had to go through either master bedroom or master bathroom (or outside walkway) to leave their room, and we had to turn left across a lane of highway to get most places, but still it was relatively east to get to many large stores and markets. All in all, it was an excellent gathering place for the 17 members of our family spread around the country. The pool was a big hit for kids and the views of the Texas countryside from the back patio (and the astonishing sunsets) impressed all of us. We'd definitely consider coming back for another family reunion one day.

Access Austin
We stayed at Paisley Place for four nights while touring Austin and the Hill Country. Home was clean and as advertised. Most importantly I would mention Renters Club. We had a concern upon arrival. Shortly after we left a message we received a call back. A detail that was important to us was immediately addressed. Well done. Thanks for making our stay more enjoyable and safe

Bachelorette Party
The house was enormous--much larger than the pictures indicating. It was amazing. Totally exceeded our expectations. It was in a great location with plenty of restaurants in the area to order take out from. It was the perfect location for a girls getaway, but would also be great for families. Hope to come back soon with a different group!

In town for my mother’s celebration of life
Wonderful property with great views. Pool was amazing just wish the kids could swim later than 10:00 pm. Was very accommodating for a large family/group. Did not have a good supply of paper towels or wash clothes. Property management was very good about quickly responding to questions.

The property manager Jennine made the stay better.
The property is big and spacious and overall good. It could use a little care and we had some challenges with things not working, however Jennine was quick to respond and help address. She was great at communicating with us and helping us out.

Beautiful View
Pros: Location-house size-private-pool-contact person responded quickly. Cons: Poor mattresses-leak in ceiling-upstairs masters were extremely hot-both dishwashers had door issues-12 dinner plates 9 dinner forks for a house that sleeps 16-outdoor grill dangerous-shower curtains were mildewed-closet doors in main level bedroom broken-issue with gnats. Overall we felt the house had not been checked for repairs and cleaned throughly before our arrival.

We had 12 guys with us. The house has great space, entertainment, and the set up is perfect for large groups! Highly Highly Recommend. If you are looking for a place to stay with a few couples + kids, perfect!!

Beautiful spacious property!
The Paisley Place is a gorgeous property. Even on a rainy day, it had a beautiful view, breath-taking! The common areas are perfect for large groups with seating and space. I have to say the rooms were much better than I originally expected. My guests were thrilled with the bed quality, size and having connecting bathrooms. All things that made our stay very comfortable and easy. The pool had plenty of chairs for lounging. Having a gate entry way was a plus. Being a group of girls and the property being off of a main road it made us feel very safe. No issues with person staying on property. It was also nice that they had shampoos/conditioners/soaps included in the bathrooms although I don't think we used much, it was a nice bonus.
**Only thing to note which I shared with the management team. The water flow is pretty slow, the toilets don't seem to flush very well and a few of the showers had very low water pressure.
Other than that, it was a beautiful property to stay on for an Austin getaway.

Thanksgiving retreat
Fabulous house. Great space and lots of room to move around. Was perfect for a Thanksgiving retreat. Especially during a pandemic! Lots and lots of space!! House does have a few quirks. One of the bedrooms is connected to the master and has challenging access. Property also right off of a major highway. No noise at all. You would not know it in the house but access in and out the property not super easy. Additionally there is a staircase to a lower level not clearly marked. However, the house really is dynamite in spite of these things and was perfect for our family holiday. We really enjoyed it! Property manager very responsive and helpful!!

Great Secluded Spot - Close to Lake Travis/Austin
Our trip was excellent. The house has an amazing view set in the hills with a great pool. The master bedroom and master bathroom are incredible. We would definitely stay there again. We were nervous about management being nosy or strict, based on other reviews, but we never had a problem at all.

Gorgeous Property
Excellent house for a group stay. Huge kitchen, beautiful garden, swimming pool and amazing views. We felt like we were in Tuscany.
