Edgewater was a great place to stay.

Great location. Almost entire baseball team was able to book units at this location. Has everything you need, and restaurant on site is very good food. Unit was clean and stocked with all appliances would would need. It was pricy, but having a resort where multiple families could all book the type of condo they needed was worth a bit extra I guess.

Everyone in our group (including my in laws, spouse, and small kids) were all very comfortable and felt right at home. The view and resort itself was awesome. The unit was super clean and exactly as advertised. We loved the layout and the decor. Very kid friendly- my crawler loved having the nice carpet. Convenient location by the elevator and still very quiet. Tammy was perfect to work with. Would love to return!

I have stayed at Edgewater twice a year for the last 35 years. This unit is super clean and well stocked with everything you need. This is by far one of the cleanest units I have rented.

Everything was nice the only thing I could suggest would be a hair dryer 😊

We stay at a Edgewater at least twice per year and this unit was by far the cleanest unit I have ever stayed in. Great location in the property imperfect for our family. Tammi was awesome to work with.

We loved everything about our stay. We had our two teenage boys with us and they kept us busy the whole time. We played pickle ball, football, beach volleyball and they got in a ton of skim boarding. We also did a fishing charter with We’re on Charters with Captain Fred would highly recommend.

We have stayed at EBR numerous times and this was absolutely our favorite room. Very clean unit with everything you need plus more for your stay. The view was breathtaking. Communication with the owner was super easy and responses were quick. We will definitely be booking here again.

This property is everything we’ve always wanted in a rental. Oceanfront, beach chair and umbrella setup, and the POOL. It’s amazing. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Not one negative thing to say about the property.

The manager and owner of this unit were amazing to deal with and they even gave us beach chairs through our stay. Balcony view was wonderful with the unit overlooking the main pool and beach. My only complaints were the limited amount of umbrellas by the pool which felt like they would get snagged before 7AM. The resort has over 30+ available but for rent only which I thought was ridiculous. The property itself can use some updating. I was also was not a fan of the carpet thoughout the unit. I’d suggest updating the TVs also, these were very old and small. WiFi didn’t work the entire stay unfortunately but it was most likely due to a tropical storm.

The process of renting was super easy and Tammy was great to work with. The property was amazing. Loved the large pool and easy access to the beach. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Highly recommend!

Clean condo, comfortable bed, sufficiently furnished, no issues with this property or management. The large number of windows made for great views when in the condo. The complimentary beach chairs were also a great surprise. I only had 2 observations that weren't just perfect and i don't believe either could be corrected. 1) in order to fit 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom, they give the master bath to the kids bedroom. Not a problem by any measure, i was just jealous that my kids had a bigger nicer bathroom than me. 2) my second issue wasn't with this condo but with the property itself- the trash chute/compactor is in close proximity to the front door. We found it impossible to come out go without the smell of rubbish. Bottom line- i wouldn't pause to rent again. Thanks for a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay at EBR. From the easy checkin to the effortless checkout. Our room was EXCEPTIONALLY clean and furnished well. They had just replaced the mattresses the day we checked in. I slept better than I have in years. So much so that I called and asked the make and firmness of the new mattress. I have always enjoyed staying at EBR , but this time was really , really good.

Fortunately I was able to rent this condo and work remotely for the month of March. Fantastic view....Edgewater is a very nice family friendly beach resort with onsite amenities. It had its share of "Spring Breakers" but it wasn't too crazy. Super cool daily Air Shows with fighter jet fly-overs (Tyndall Air Force Base is close by). The Pro's:• Nicely decorated (visually)• Elevators are fast and reliable• All appliances work great; Fantastic water pressure in shower• They're always working, cleaning the facility (friendly staff).• View - View - View – View• Internet / Wifi worked great• Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels• Tammy – the condo manager was friendly and very accommodating. • Gated Community - They do their best to ensure that GUESTS ONLY get to use the facility• Husband LOVED the golf course; We also enjoyed the tennis courts• Affordably priced !The Con’s:• Beds are VERY OLD and need updating (very uncomfortable). Livingroom furniture – VERY OLD and uncomfortable (looks OK in pics…but in desperate need of updating)• Dining Room Chairs and Bar Stools….Very Old and uncomfortable. o When furniture is that old the foam wears down and it no longer has support. The condo is in desperate need of new furniture (tables / lamps are OK)• Kitchen Sink Faucet is oddly small…doing dishes can get messy (there is a dishwasher but I wash by hand).• The rental posting mentions an Ice Maker (there was no ice maker)• The rental offers Beach Chairs, Umbrella, Boogie Boards (kids sand toys). I wish the rental posting would have mentioned this as I would NOT have brought my own from home which takes up a lot of space in car• Very Loud Traffic….Driving LOUD cars up & down the strip till the wee hours of the morning seems to be a popular past time in PCB. The good news is that there are box fans to drown out the soundOverall it was a great place and if you’re not a “furniture snob” like me you’ll Love it. I recommend staying in T1-506 @ Edgewater Resort PCB

Great condo, Tammy was super accommodating after a technical glitch almost ruined our trip, she stepped up and made it happen. Loved the super size condo, and the million dollar view. Plenty to see and do all around, or you can stay right on property and enjoy the great on-site restaurant. Highly recommend.

Our family just returned from a wonderful vacation at PCB! We stayed at Edgewater 506, and the view was amazing! You overlook the amazing pool, and beautiful Gulf of Mexico! The unit was very clean, the bathrooms could use some updates, and a couple of the towels had holes in them. Overall it was a great unit, and we enjoyed our stay!!

We loved our stay at the Edgewater Resort in Panama City Florida. It is close to everything even though there is little reason to leave the resort as we ate many meals at the Oceans restaurant. There was lots of construction going on with the condo and the roads in front but still a wonderful stay.

Our week staying at this beach condo was amazing!! Location is perfect overlooking the huge lagoon pool with beach & ocean views. Condo was very well stocked with everything you need. It was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Owner was great to work with & very responsive. Only reason for not giving it 5 stars was the comfort level of the furniture. All of the furniture (living room, dining room & beds) looks GREAT but not very comfortable. Could use some updates. Overall, we had a great week & plan to visit again next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was great and well equipped. The beds were comfy. The property is great also. Our kids loves the pool and short walk to the beach.

Tammy always responds when you contact her. The condo was very cozy and the view was amazing. Pictures of the resort and condo are spot on. Would love to stay here again. We will be back. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay in your condo.

Great location was easy to get down to the pool and beach quickly with it being centrally located. Beautiful views with floor to ceiling windows. Loved the carpet for our small kids. Was clean and comfortable. Only gave 4 stars because it does need some updates especially the bathrooms.

Wonderful spot on Panama City Beach. Plenty of room in the condo, clean and easy access to the beach located right in front of the condo. Short drive to plenty of restaurants, shops and golf. Defintiely recommend this property. We will book again when we return later this year. DM

Very comfortable beds and living room couches and chairs! A nice clean place to stay on the beach! The view of the beach was wonderful from the balcony and windows!

We were very happy with our stay. The owners were great to work with leading up to our stay. The made the entire process very painless and were always quick to respond. The condo had all windows in the dinning and living area. The view of the ocean is amazing. The condo is in great shape and well-maintained. Edgewater also has tennis and golf that you can play for a fee. We played tennis and had a great time. The temperatures were a little chilly for swimming since are stay was in December, but there is a great pool and splash area if you go in warmer temperatures. I would definitely recommend this property!!
