The place was huge and comfortable. The WhatsApp service from Antonio was amazing. The location is centred to everything, it’s fun to take a Voi Segway to explore as there are a few outside the building.

Property was very spacious with a large living, dining and kitchen area.

In the property description, they mentioned a 24 hour reception along with being able to store our luggage before our check in time. We had completed our online check in and advised them of our arrival time. However when we arrived 1.5 hours before check in, the door to the accomodation was locked. There was no responses to our messages and no response to the front door bell. After waiting for 30 minutes on the street, someone came out the door whom we assumed was a staff member. We requested for some assistance in getting access into the building, with some hesitation she asked if we had been in contact with the accomodation through WhatsApp. We mentioned that we haven’t had anyone message us and do not have their WhatsApp contact. We showed her our reservation details and she proceeded to call her colleague? After some back and forth (not sure what was so hard) she said that someone would message us and to just wait…. We waited another 15 minutes and finally got our check in details sent through booking.com to get into the building. Not sure what the whole online check in process was for when it provided us no details or connection to the booking. But definitely was a bitter way to start our stay. Our front door lock was also very finicky, we had to push the door so hard several times for the lock to secure. If not, with a slight push the door is opened.

The property is well located, walking distance to top attractions. Outside the building is charming, and inside it is modern, well decorated, and very clean! We have used the rooftop sitting area, very beautiful at night watching the city’s life! We loved our stay and would return!

A spacious, bright and comfortable apartment. Very clean. Good aircon. Location was good- short walk to the old town and all the sights.

Check in was horrible. They kept me waiting by the door for 45 minutes. Then they gave me the key to the wrong place, and later asked me to move out to a smaller place. Also I filtered properties with parking, but to my surprise, the was no parking when I arrived (center of Seville!).
