The room was a great size, comfortable bed and great breakfast.
The bathroom toilet bowl was discolored and the carpet in the room had a dried French fry on the floor.

Breakfast was good. It could use more variety as to the meat . We stayed for 7 days, so we know what was served the day before…Coffee was excellent.

Very nice and clean hotel.
We loved the pool, and hot tub, very relaxing, kids enjoyed the water slide. The breakfast was excellent. Lot of great choices including warm food.
We had a great time.
The only thing we can complaint about was the bathroom sink was clogged. Otherwise beautiful hotel and excellent service.

Hotel was modern and clean, staff was amazing.
I didn’t realise there was no restaurant and it was hard to figure out who delivered. A guide to local restaurants would’ve been helpful. Also, three days with kids was messy, a little broom in the room would’ve been amazing. Instead I used a face cloth to make little piles, hard on my back.

The staff, from the front desk to the people running breakfast to the cleaning staff, were efficient and friendly.
We were disturbed by groups of children running up an down from the pool to their room on the 3rd floor next to us and the constant puddles of water in the elevator, on the floors that the staff did their best to keep up with. We strongly urge you to put a policy in place regarding footwear being worn from pool to room.

Except the house keeping is not professional, everything is perfect. but even this, I will like to give 4.5 stars to house keeping as staff are pretty friendly.

I liked the room and the staff.
The WiFi had a hard time connecting to phone and tablet. Lot of loud drunks after 1am, and lots of swearing happening on the weekend. You could hear everything. Made the night hard to sleep. Especially on check out night. And Sunday the Chlorine was very high and made my daughter and alot of kids cough. And my daughter wasn't feeling to good after. She seems to be doing okay now
