Very comfortable room and good breakfast. Hotel restaurant was the best food option. We had a better meal there than the Volcano Steakhouse. Friendly, professional staff. Javier in the restaurant was very helpful.

Except for the hotel restaurant the food options are not great and nothing else very close. Otherwise an excellent choice and value close to Ruta 5.

The breakfast is amazing, the hotel is very fast to reach from the highway and the hotel is very well maintaned. Rooms are very nice and you find all you need.

Unfortunately we didn´t sleep very well. The air outlet in the room was very loud and impossible to turn off. Somebody must have thought that a higher airflow is better and forgot to remember that it makes a lot of noise in the shaft if the airflow is too high. You could also hear it very loudly in the aisle. The waterpressure was for me too low to wash my hair.

It was a terrible experience because the "Booking.com" site only let me do the reservation for a family of 4 to two bedrooms, but when I asked if possible to be close theire answer was a lie, we end up in two separate bedrooms. I believe the Host that received us or the manager with whom we spoked during October 12 th in the morning, could have helped us find a way to stay the 4 of us together, without having to unnecessarily pay two "separate" bedrooms. Traveling with 7 and 4 years old kids means that the family must stay together ! even if we made a mistake during the reservation process, I would have expected to be heard and helped at the front desk, but I received neither. Was a terrible experience, I wasted my money on an entirely apart room wich we didn't use. But what I regret the most is that I wasn't listened as a costumer.

Everything, place amd sorrounding are amazing. Easy access and great facilities. Tasty food at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

I would love to have a bit more information about facilities at the check in, it was ok but I felt a bit unsure of some info.
