The property was conveniently located and nicely updated in the living areas and bathrooms.

Home was clean'ish. Spiderwebs were in corners, on kitchen lights and chandelier; heavy build up of dust/grime on ceiling fan blades that we chose not to run because of; stained/matted/sticky spots all over carpeting; buckets of animal feces on side of home that smelled and odor would travel to backyard patio with the wind. This property needs some serious deep cleaning and sprucing up.

Back to Medford to take puppy to orthopedic surgeon. We tried another property in Medford but just didn't like the property or location. Back to this property which is a little higher priced but worth the piece of mind. Love the location, love the property. My puppies, my Family and I are just comfortable here. It's easy to navigate from here to places we needed to go. My husband was happy just hanging out in the back yard catching some sun. We had a brief issue with signing onto the WIFI but property manager was quick to help us with our problem. Great stay. Worth the extra $$.

Puppy Surgery Stay
Had to bring one of my puppies to SOVSC for elbow surgery. Property was perfect for Me, my Mom and my two puppies to base camp. Open concept main area for when we all wanted to be together. Nice bedrooms with tvs for when we wanted to be apart. Loved that the master had a door to backyard for when puppies needed to go out at night. Location close to shopping and driving back and forth to surgery center was quick and easy. Owner sent someone by to pickup a broken chair but gave us plenty of notification and was no bother. I would definitely stay at this property again when we come back for follow up exam in August. On way out cleaning crew arrived and flagged me down before I left because they found one of puppies favorite toys we almost left behind. Definitely coming back!

This was our first time using a vrbo and it's far superior than a hotel with three littles. Will definitely be using this again next time we are up that way.

Not very pleasing
The location of the house was perfect and the neighborhood was nice, that is where the good ends. We arrived to the home 20 minutes early and were greeted by and overflowing trash can next to the garage and a trail of debris leaving the front door. Upon entering the home it had a very strong smell of burnt food, the home overall was nice and fairly new but the dated and worn furniture was a major let down. In addition to the worn out furniture the home was messy, the cabinets in the laundry room were overflowing with stuff, the garage was packed full of material and a car! The backyard was not really usable as it had many, many, many piles of dog waste, there was no outside furniture just some random chairs to use. This home needs a really good cleaning and update the furnishing in some way that makes sense, the twin bed in the master was a joke. I have stayed at multiple VRBO properties and have never seen one in this shape before.

Perfect for us
This house was perfect for our family Christmas gathering. Very large well stocked kitchen and spacious living room. The back yard was great- we had our dogs (lab n smaller dog) which the backyard was perfect for. anyone renting the house, be mindful and PICK up AFTER YOUR DOGS.
This house Worked great for us 4 adults and one child . Easy check in and out- friendly owner that responds fast to any issues or concerns. We had a great time and would stay again!

Comfortable and covers all the basics
The location is fine— Not far off Highway 62 and Interstate 5. The home is in a neighborhood, and it is quiet. There is no view or anything to make the location special, or scenic, otherwise. The house has been updated— The bathrooms and kitchen are quite nice, and the kitchen is stocked with lots of things for cooking. It’s a great setup. I would rather the beds be updated, ideally, and I wish there had been more pillows on the beds. Also, there is plenty of space in the master bedroom for a king size bed, rather than the queen that is there. Would we stay here again? The easy answer and bottom line is “yes”— The house is very close to a family member that lives in town, so it is super convenient for that reason. There is absolutely nothing about this rental that would make me not want to return, but I do hope next time the beds have been replaced!

Comfortable and safe
This home was comfortable with a nice fenced backyard for peace of mind with kids. Bathrooms had great fixtures and water pressure. Large open living room and kitchen for everyone to enjoy!

Nice neighborhood
The property is in a nice location. Close to everything, but tucked away in a quiet end of street lot. Property wasn’t that clean - and the bed in the master was a pretty cheap queen mattress (advertised as a king). Yard was private. Overall it worked for our long weekend trip but it would be a much nicer rental of it were in a little better shape/kept up a little better.

We had a wonderful time! It’s been so long since we’ve been able to visit. The kitchen is super for several people to work in. The tv has such a huge, sharp picture. The yard was great for the little dog. We were wonderfully comfortable.

Nice
The house was nice but there were a few things that would keep me from renting from them again. Very comfortable home but neglected to put a trash can in the kitchen, ants were all over the counter top most of the time we were there. We just made sure we didn't leave anything on the counter top to attract them. The TV remotes did not work most of the time. When we got to Medford it was 90deg and the air conditioning would not go below 70deg in the house. Still to warm for us, but maybe it would be okay for other folks. We called services to fix the thermometer wouldn't go any lower. overall I would give it a 3 star out of 5.

Better late than never
Arrived in time after an 8 hour drive. The house wasn’t available for another 45 min due to being wiped down. House worked good for our need just lacked attention to details. Pillow in the room I used had no pillow cases only pillow shams on them. Under the bed had other guests garbage. The barstool in the kitchen had a missing screw in the leg that would of caused someone to fall if used. (Screw was found on the counter). There was nothing horrible just a lack of details.

We had a very peaceful and comfortable stay at this home. We did a lot of cooking for the holidays and the kitchen was nicely stocked with all the cooking utensils and dishes you would need. We had to buy some things and accidentally left them so future guests will be lucky to have a couple other cooking dishes. Everything worked in the house and would be a great place to stay with a family up to 6 people. This house is also at the end of a pretty quiet neighborhood which was also nice. Within a mile of major grocery stores. Overall,one of the best vacation rental experiences we’ve had.

Xmas Medford Visit
We had a very peaceful and comfortable stay at this home. We did a lot of cooking for the holidays and the kitchen was nicely stocked with all the cooking utensils and dishes you would need. Just ok
Took us 3 hours to clean property before we felt like we could stay. Wiped down counters, sinks, vacuumed, swept. Trash cans were full outside, wasn’t picked up like maybe bill wasn’t paid. Every room had the most uncomfortable mattresses, that it almost would have been better sleeping on recliner or floor. Tried to get a hold of property manager, number that was given didn’t work and they never responded to our email. Left property in way better shape then it was when we got here.

Nice pet friendly rental in great location!
It is difficult to evaluate this property as it has both positive and negative features. Starting with the pros: beautiful, newer, upgraded home, quiet and safe neighborhood, good location, easy to get into at start of rental period, reasonable cleanup at departure expectations, great water pressure, quality washer and dryer included, ample and good quality cup and mug selection, dinnerware and flatware to use for meals. The yard and outdoor areas were clean and safe for pets. There was a bbq for use but we didn’t grill on this trip. Plenty of soap, paper towels, and toilet paper, which is very generous of the owners to supply! Excellent air conditioning throughout the home and great ceiling fans for use. All lights and electronics used were in good working condition.
Cons: strong, perfumy, smell that may be the cleaner used? (I have no issues with bleach or typical cleaner smell but this was a perfume smell that lingered throughout a four day stay). Greasy feel on most surfaces and sticky floors in bathroom spaces, which may be depth of cleaning but also possibly the products used to clean? The bath areas had a lot of black hairs in rugs and showers/baths. The master bed was very uncomfortable, lumpy and uneven with little back support, and linens were cheap (the master bed was a smaller bed than expected with jersey style, children’s dinosaur themed sheets). There were few pillows and they were covered in decorative shams, which weren’t comfortable for sleeping use. The carpet appeared and felt dirty, which is probably due to having a pet friendly home that requires extra cleaning if you have carpet.
My suggestions are to have better cleaning products throughout the home and regularly deep clean carpets in order to reduce pet smells and dirt. Replace at least master bed mattress for a king or queen size bed and invest in decent linens (Overstock or even Target could provide a beautiful, comfortable bed!) The beds are the most important part of lodging and it should be a restful space. Overall, we were grateful to have a place to stay while visiting family in So Oregon but I’m hesitant to say I’d rent here again unless the above issues were addressed.

Family time
We rented this house for a visit to Medford, and kids and grandkids joined us. Location was great for us, close to shopping and the kids’ home. Granddaughters loved their little beds and the big TV.
Checkin a bit of a challenge, the lockbox was stubborn. The house was clean enough that we weren’t uncomfortable eating and sleeping there, but there were some deep cleaning issues.
A very quiet neighborhood and the host was very responsive, clearly cared about his guests.

✅The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood and right next to I5 as well as Walmart. Plus there’s a huge TV and comfy recliner couches, a backyard, and a patio featuring a random array of mismatched chairs. Great if you have a dog. Also, dope water pressure in the showers. ⛔️The place wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived, floors needed to be vacuumed and some trash laying around. The whole house’s decor is pretty bland and mismatched, also the beds aren’t incredibly comfy. My one real qualm with this place is that it’s a little pricey for what you get.
