Bed comfortable. Room clean.

Could hear a refrigerator truck parked outside. Could hear traffic.

The pool was nice.

The room was dusty, and the tub needed to be cleaned properly. I used to clean for airbnb's, and this definitely needed some more cleaning done. The bed was very uncomfortable. My poor son could not sleep on the pull as he kept tossing and turning. He said it was like sleeping on springs and that there was no cushioning on the mattress. They were replacing their old carpets, which probably caused the build-up of dust even with that the room should have been checked for cleanliness before we checked in.

• Super clean despite construction (remodelling) • Replacement towels were always readily available • Complimentary breakfast • AMAZINGLY grounded and patient, kind staff, very personable. • Large grassy area gives the sense of having a safe, leisurely open area, but I wouldn't suggest trampling it. It also means there's lots of room to look up at the sky at night. •Love the view from the top guest floor!!

I would have to try very hard to think of any incident or issue we had, honestly. Even less social staff were extremely respectful and nobody gave me the strange, masked feel I'm used to experiencing with staff.

My two daughters and I stayed here when we checked out I checked my credit card statement and was charge extra money. I was accused for having a dog.oh yea I also supposedly had a little boy with me. I've called 5 times wanted to speak to a manager. No luck on that. I had told the front desk to check there damn cameras when I arrived and going in and out my whole time I stayed there. All I wanted was for those extra charges to be reverse. Now that iam upset I want my full refund for my stay. Never will stay here again
