Dirty roaches and spiders In My room

They don't do Housekeeping ,.don't pickup trashfrom the room, the bed lines and towels never changes the guess must to buy toilet papers .

The room flooded and we left the property. They didnt want to reimburse me for the 3 days left. The room was bug infested

Room clean reasonable price good location but need a better service

They told me that I have to clean the towel and clean the room don't pick up trash from the room ( NO Housekeeping) also do not replace toilet paper Head management from this company should know about it because isn't the right way for the company

I got there with my confirmation and he said he had to delete my stay because they had no rooms. The person he thought was leaving , didn't. No-one called to tell me this. this would have been worse had I been traveling with small children. This is very poor business practice.

Location is really great in Athens

Room rates are not transparent. Smoke smell and coffee stains on floors.

When you first walk in it was a smell of paint and the walls were dingy. The front desk person said check the room out first because their are no refunds. I have never had to. Heck out a room ever before I rented it so later I see why but after driving 12 hours i was tired I saw the beds looked clean so I took the room. Once we got in the room and sat a.bottle of Chilli spice on the counter the roaches got to running and I was up killing roaches and looking for more so I got very little rest. The next day i waited for the office to open and told the front desk person I was not happy and wanted to leave. It was Christmas Eve and they close at 4 pm. She said she would call her Manager and call me back. I did not hear back from them all day until a man came to the room and tried to open the door and the latch was on so he could not get in. I went to the door and he said what are you doing in my room the lady at the front desk said you checked out. I said my receipt said i rented this room for 10 days he said you have until 5 o clock to leave. I said who are you he said I work here i said do you have confirmation of this and I was waiting for a call from management Ms Erickson he said I'm on the phone with her now You have. Refund and have until 5:00 to leave it was 4:445 pm. My kids were afraid and telling me to come on. I tried to explain i drove 12 hours to get there he said I hear this all the time if you not out by 5 pm I will call the police. I said why because you have roaches we packed up and leave I drove home 12 hours all night long Christmas. It was the worst experience of my life and room online looks NOTHING like the room we rented. The cabinet they painted was in the kitchen where the roaches must have had droppings. The man was white with red hair i never saw Ms Erickson. I did got most of money back. I have rented with Extended Stay before and it was very nice when i called customer service the Lady said oh no we are.

It was nice, just too expensive.

The price. Did not like the fact you got to wash your own towels,get your own soap and toilet tissues. But hey they say covid running a lot of prices up high.
