They did not honor my booking.com reservation at 2am and I had already paid through booking.com so I had to pay $140 more for another hotel on top of the $119 I had already paid for this trap house hotel

It was horrible. When TRYING to check in we arrived a little earlier than check in time….Lobby closed. Have to check in through a window that had a wash cloth blocking the window. When we returned a little later to try to check in again he was brief & rude. Walked away with drivers license & credit card…OUT OF SIGHT…..was gone for over 5 minutes then returned with a form to sign & provided no receipt! Rooms were very outdated & questionably unclean!

I didn't like anything. I booked a non smoking room, but got to the hotel them telling me I had to pay cash deposit for a non smoking room, I didn't have cash. I had to settle for a smoking room. The door was to hard to open. The hotel room itself was smaller than what I would pay for. It stunk badly, even for a smoking room it smelled like someone had been smoking marijuana. It was nasty. The room had all the essential things a hotel room has but it was just dirty looking. Even the bed was very small and looked really bad, very thin sheet on top. I didn't bother laying down in the bed. I first noticed that the smoke alarm kept beeping in my room. I went to the front desk to see about it getting fixed and the worker made me switch rooms. The second room I was in was also nasty as this first one. I first turn the heat on had it up to 80 because it was very cold in there and it was not heating the room. When I went again to the front desk the worker was very rude with me telling me he has no issues with the rooms that I had to turn up the heat so I went back to my room tried to unlock the door and the door would not unlock. I tried it several times finally gave up when I seen a rat run across the hallway of the hotel. I then just handed in my key and gave up.
