Goditi le incredibili viste sul Lago di Pinehurst in questo spazioso condominio al primo piano con 3 letti e 2 bagni, recentemente rinnovato, situato a pochi minuti dal country club e dal villaggio. Questa casa ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno a breve o lungo termine. Un soggiorno arredato con gusto si affaccia sul lago e dispone di una smart tv e un tavolo da poker. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king size con bagno interno recentemente rinnovato. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale con vista sul lago e la terza camera ha due letti queen size. Cucina completamente attrezzata, sala da pranzo per 6 persone e lavatrice / asciugatrice ti fanno sentire come a casa. Unico complesso condominiale a Pinehurst che comprende una piscina all'aperto. Questa casa è perfetta per un golfista a quattro o una famiglia che cerca i comfort di casa in un ambiente rilassante. Giocatori di golf, non dimenticate di chiedere di giocare con i privilegi ai corsi di country club di Pinehurst 1-6!

Beautiful property, had everything we needed. Just a little disappointed the pool was not open since it said on the website it opened in April and we could not swim in the lake, was the main reason why we booked here. Otherwise great place.

The location of the property is absolutely ideal, providing short trips to the villages of Pinehurst, Southern Pines and Aberdeen. The setting provides a totally unobstructed view of Pinehurst Lake and the condominium itself was absolutely perfect for the four of us traveling together, for the three days we were there.
Communication with the host was flawless, the directions extremely concise and the home itself was very well equipped for our short stay. Highly enjoyable and recommended.

Apartment is first floor with a huge deck to enjoy the stunning views of lake. Apartment was comfortable with lots of towels and blankets, comfortable beds and beautiful spa shower in main bathroom. Washing machine and dryer was added bonus as well as kayak and SUP. AC worked great and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We will certainly return.

Such a relaxing trip! Mark was very responsive to our questions.
My daughter and I loved being able to explore the lake on paddle-boards. The board with the rental worked great. Loved the convenience of being able to drop in and go. So fun!
We ate in for several meals and the kitchen had plenty of supplies.
Place was so quiet and peaceful. We practically had the pool to ourselves. Restaurants and shopping were close too.

Mark goes above and beyond with effective communication and the management of this unit. The property has a wonderful view from the park on of the lake, is well stocked for day to day needs, very clean and feels like home. There was access to a nice pool while we were there which was fun for the kids. Easy, upfront parking and located near a variety of restaurants if you don’t want to cook.

Condo was perfect for 4 friends to meet and play golf. Location was great to everything you needed. Great restaurants in area, abundance of golf to choose from. Condo was extremely clean, had everything you need plus extras which made it like home. Well stocked kitchen and extra supplies. Highly recommend.

The view is absolutely stunning! Property is perfectly located to restaurants, retail and hiking. Such a relaxing and quiet condo. The owners were very helpful, kind and quick with response. Higjly recommend this condo for a couple, family or friends get-a-way!

This property has a LOVELY view of the lake! It is well-equipped and comfortable. The deck overlooking the lake is where you’ll spend your time! Communication with the owner was great—prompt, responsive, and helpful. The unit has pretty much everything you’ll need, even though the furnishings are a little dated. The 4 stars instead of 5 is only because in PINEHURST, we had slightly higher expectations for the aesthetics.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful and comfortable stay! Lots of spaces to spread out! Loved the washer/dryer to be able to keep up with laundry on our trip. Spectacular views of Lake Pinehurst and close to all the Pinehurst golf courses! We have already booked our next stay in this condo for January!!

Mark's property is right on the lake and a perfect spot to read, relax, or just reconnect with the family. We used his paddleboards and got out to the center of the lake, and just enjoyed the peace of pinehurst.

The 3BR condo was perfect for our stay with friends during the U..S. Women's Open. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout the registration process. Great location with beautiful Lake Pinehurst setting!

Loved the southern hospitality; rooms were nice; great breakfast.
Couldn’t believe there wasn’t a computer I could use to check emails etc. should be more bars to relax after returning from a round of golf or have a pre dinner cocktails. Ryder cup room was minimal and reminded us of a bingo hall.
All said we still loved our stay and would definitely come back
