La villa ha una piscina esclusivamente per voi da usare, riscaldata naturalmente. Una moderna griglia a gas è pronta per il tuo barbecue. Le terrazze, il balcone e la piscina invitano a soffermarsi su comode aree salotto e offrono una splendida vista sull'Atlantico fino alla vicina isola di La Gomera.
La nostra casa ha un totale di 5 camere da letto tra cui moderni armadi a muro. Quattro di loro sono nel 1. OG, così come 2 bagni lussuosi. Una camera da letto incl. Lavanderia e servizi igienici si trovano al piano terra.
La zona giorno si compone di un ampio salone tra cui sala da pranzo e angolo cottura.
La cucina esclusiva, ovviamente, completamente attrezzata con piano cottura, forno, frigo / congelatore, bollitore, spremiagrumi, frullatore e tostapane, offre ampie opzioni di self-catering.

We stayed for 10 nights and were so comfortable, the villa is very well-equipped and spacious. It is modern and has everything you need to make your holiday run like clockwork. The villa has great outside space with loads of sun and comfortable seating. It is one of the best villas we have booked in Tenerife and we have been coming for over 20+ years.
Most of all Barbara was what made us feel so welcome, she is highly responsive and very warm, she treated us like friends, and did everything so professionally to make our stay great!
The village of Chayofa is well-placed for exploration into the mountains and coast.
Overall we could not be happier!

We had an amazing holiday! This House is beautiful and so is the view, and some sweet hosts. I would recommed renting this House in Tenerife if you are looking for a great holiday with a bit of luxury in your own space and i will definetly consider returning. ☀️☺️

Our family of 6 had a great time in Tenerife at this beautiful house. We loved that we were no more than 10-15 minutes from the beach and able to spend our evenings in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds. This house has comfortable beds, a great kitchen, and a perfect patio with a pool. We visited in late June during a particularly hot week so the house was warm during the day without air conditioning. This was ok for us as we had day trips to visit the Mt Teide, Anaga Park, Canyoneering, snorkeling, and lunch in Masca. We highly recommend this beautiful house in the quiet village of Chayofa.

Thomas' home was a perfect retreat for us for our 17 day stay on Tenerife. It is in the small village of Chayofa, and within walking distance of 5 local restaurants. It is only a 15 minute drive to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas, so easy to head out to the beaches and evening resort activities. The house itself is spacious and tastefully decorated, with wonderful kitchen appliances, cookware, and dinnerware. The beds are comfortable. The patio, complete with heated pool, was a great place to spend afternoon and evening time. We loved it all!

The house is located in a small quiet village but still close enough to all restaurants, parks and other attractions and just 5mins by car from the beach. We have stayed there for 2 weeks over the Christmas holidays. The house has everything what you need, it is very clean, modern and fully equipped. It has also a nice back yard with a lounge, BBQ and heated pool, that our kids practically didn’t leave. Thomas and Aimara are excellent hosts. The communication was very easy and they were always very helpful and supportive. They made our stay just perfect and we would always come back!

My wife, daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay in the villa. The hosts are really friendly and, to be honest, you wouldn’t know they live in one of the neighbouring villas, such is the peacefulness of the place. The villa itself is gleamingly clean and has everything you could possibly need for a great stay. Don’t ask us about TV, we didn’t try it because we were out exploring so much.
The hosts have compiled a great booklet which is a really useful guide, albeit it wasn’t our only source of information.
Although previous reviews are mixed, if you intend exploring Tenerife, we would recommend a hire car - we used Topcar and would definitely do so again.
Will we return to this villa - absolutely, without hesitation!

A little piece of heaven!
My friend & I had booked this villa pre-covid to spend some quality time with our older children, the villa exceeded all of our expections....stunning villa, beautifully designed & decorated, spotlessly clean, fully equipped right down to the little touches such as tea/coffee/medical supplies & a lovely bottle of bubbly left in the fridge upon arrival, it really did have everything that we could have asked for. The villa is set in a lovely quiet location but only a short taxi to both Los Cristianos, Playa De las Americas & Siam Park. The hosts were very friendly, their commuication was excellent and they really did go out of their way to make us all feel right at home. We had three of us that suffered with terrible sunburn & our transfer was later on in the evening so the thought of hanging around all day from the usual 10am check out time was daunting but because the hosts had no bookings to check in that day they kindly agreed that we could have a later check out time at a small fee which we were very grateful for!
When writing reviews, I am the sort of person that can be quite critical or be that annoying person that is always making suggestions on how things could be improved upon but on this occasion there really is no need as everything could not have been any more perfect than it already was and I have been left with nothing negtative to comment on.
Thank you for such an amazing stay....We hope to visit you both again in the future!

The standard of the property actually superseded our expectations based on the pictures and prior info, which is rare. The house, in colonial style, is maticuluosly well refurbished and kept both inside and out. Cleanliness on arrival exceeded luxury hotel standard, which amazed us. House had all that we needed for a family of 5, including a fresh, modern and well equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms and baths and, last but not least, a sunny outside area with great seaview and heated pool. Super cozy neighbourhood with only a few meters to mountain hiking trails and just a 10 minute walk to Jungle Park, which was great for the kids. Great communication with the owners throughout the stay. Owners' recommended local restaurant, the Finca, only a few hundred meters away was on point with great canarian food and entertainment. Thank you so much, hosts Aymara and Thomas. Our first impression on arrival was that we will return. And we will.

A different side of Tenerife
Although its just a few kilometres from the big resorts this property feels worlds away. It's in a lovely village with a handful of lovely restaurants that are easy to walk to. The house is well equipped and comfortable. Would recommend.

You really need a car and their is parking on site for a small car but good local parking as well. It is in a residential area so you are not surrounded by tourist but families.
We will try and return and Thomas was great and left us to ourselves which is what we like but was there when needed.

Great Stay
We stayed at the villa from 15th Dec to 29th December.
The owner welcomed us personally and made us feel really welcome.
The villa was well maintained, spacious and well equipped..
Its location was a short taxi ride into Los Christianos and Del Duque areas for shopping and restaurants.
The local small supermarket was a short walk away and stocked all the staples you might need but larger supermarkets were a short drive away.
Similarly in Chayofa and a short walk away are three restaurants and we enjoyed the Cuban cuisine.
We would highly recommend this villa.

Highly recommend - Great stay at a great villa!
We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Tenerife. The villa was super clean, and the hosts were so friendly and welcoming. The location was ideal - there were a few bars and a supermarket within walking distance, while beaches and other tourist spots were just 10-15 minutes away. Only slight issue was a lack of air conditioning which made the villa warm in the night, but only a minor problem. An excellent place to stay and would definitely recommend!

Perfect villa for a relaxing break in an away from it all location. Fully equipped with everything you'd require for dining in and particularly outside in lovely surroundings with wonderful pool. Places to eat and drink locally as well as a small supermarket. Cristianos just a short taxi ride away. Recommend hiring a car if you want to travel further afield during your stay.

Spacious villa in calm area
For our stay this was a very good choice:
-Clean and spacious villa with a heated pool
-Only 5 minutes by car to the beach and to grocery store
-Very friendly property manager
The property is also big enough to spend the day without need to leave it. I can recommend anyone going to Tenerife this villa.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Thomas’ villa, Thomas couldn’t do enough for us, he was a wonderful property manager and the villa was the best we have stayed in, in Tenerife!
The only thing that would make this better would be to offer a maid service half way through the week at an additional cost.

Excellent villa, lovely location.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Chayofa. The villa is in a perfect location for a quiet relaxing holiday but only a short taxi ride to the busier areas of tenerife. We highly recommend the tree house restaurant which is only a 5 minute walk from the villa. The best food we had during our entire stay was here! They know how to cook a good steak! And Sam, the waitress treat us like family. The villa itself has everything you need and more. The villa is huge with plenty of space for everyone and the balconies off the bedrooms were lovely with outstanding views. The sound bar was excellent for listening to music whilst chilling out by the pool! Thomas and his wife were very friendly and helpful I highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting a mixture of peaceful relaxation and exploring the island! We'd love to return and do it all again!

Chayofa paradise
All 6 of my party with various ages where well briefed by our hosts as to local amenities and taxis. If you don't have a rental car taxis are cheap enough and always available.The property is magnificent with everything you need for a relaxing stay.. If there are any issues Thomas and Almira are there to assist.The quality of the furniture around the pool and both for indoor and outdoor dining is superb.. The property is spacious giving everyone their own space if needed .
The weather was very cloudy but this did not stop us going to local resorts where there are numerous excellent value for money restaurants.
Thank you again Thomas and Almira and hopefully see next year.

Wonderful Vacation
We had an amazing time at this beautiful villa. Thomas and Aimara are wonderful hosts. Four couples stayed for two weeks at this spacious property. The grounds were lovely, with a nice pool and outside furniture. It was spotlessly clean and we had plenty of room to spread out. We cooked a few meals in and the kitchen was well stocked.
Thank you for sharing this perfect spot for our friend getaway. Tenerife is a beautiful island.

Excellent facility
Everthing was excellent, the property was clean and in perfect condition. We were 11 in the house from the same family, three children 4-10years, with parents and grandparents. The house was perfect for us and the owner was very frendly. We highly recommend this place.

Fantastic Villa and Hosts
Great communication from the hosts who were also there to meet us upon arrival and provide any assistance necessary. The villa is just as pictured and wonderfully clean. Idyllic house with great view and facilities
We had a lovely stay in the Villa del Duque. The house is newly renovated with great rooms and facilities. The lounge area by the pool is cosy at night and the balconys by two of the bedrooms give great opportunities for privacy if you travel more couples together. The house is located just few minutes walk from the center of Chayofa where there are three nice restaurants, especially the Cuban reasturant was great with good food, vine and live music. We are definitely considering returning to this fantastic house next year:-)

Beautiful spacious villa with wonderful views
The villa is very modern & spacious with a fabulous kitchen to cook in & plenty of eating & entertaining space. It was spotlessly clean with luxury towels & bedding provided. The beds were very comfy! The outside area is lovely with relaxing sunbeds, comfortable furniture to sit & eat & the luxury touch of a double bed to sunbathe on! The villa is walking distance to a small number of restaurants & a small supermarket. The main shops & large supermarket are a 5 minute drive or bus ride away. The owner Thomas & his wife are very welcoming & were happy to recommend places to eat & visit. All in all it was a very relaxing week. Definitely recommend.

We have just returned after spending a week at this beautiful villa.
We holidayed with another family, our group consisting of 4 adults and 4 children. The villa is as pristine and contemporary as the photos show and there was plenty of room for 2 families.
It is situated a couple of kilometres from the busier resorts on the coast meaning that it’s very peaceful by the pool but the coast is within an easy drive.
There are 3 restaurants in Chayofa, 5 minutes walk and we tried them all. I believe there is also a shop in Chayofa but we drive instead to the supermarket at the mall, a. 5-10 minute drive away.
Thomas and Aimara live close by and couldn’t have been more helpful.
If we go to Tenerife again, this is where we will stay.

We had a brilliant holiday Thomas and Aimara were the perfect host and extremely helpful, going above what is normal expected. I would recommence this villa to anyone. Everything you need was including. Would definitely stay there again.
