The location was nice and close to lots of things that we explored. The size of the unit was nice for our family, and it worked out fairly well.

Very old property. Very slick hardwood floors and showers (2 people slipped and fell). Main bedroom window was broken and taped, creating lots of rattling noise and providing lots of outdoor noise to enter the bedroom. Walls were thin with the neighboring rental unit, and the renting family's kids next door woke us up early each morning. Furniture was old, including the master bedroom bed which made lots of noise every time you moved. Road was under construction and was a mess.

Great location and I liked the property. Plenty of room for my family. When I had an issue. The management responded superbly. Great job on the service side.

No parking. There is parking inside the gate, but I assumed it was not enough for all guests, so no one gets any. I would pay for the parking. The mattresses need to be replaced. The king frame was busted. Great job repairing the frame but the mattress in both large rooms could be nicer. The dishwasher leaks and the soap dispenser in the dishwasher is broken. This has caused some damage to the floor already.

the apartments were cute, courtyard was convenient

need bath mat, it’s so slippery in all the tubs. need entrance mat, rained the whole day prior to getting there

I like the location the space of the Partman in the comfort but the AC unit did not work and we were hot

I liked that the traffic was not bad or the noise level where we were located. The rooms were clean and efficient. The location was not bad.

The steps! lol! I did not realize it had them when I booked it! But it was good exercise. Wish the TV had better channels rather than just local channels.

Most of the room was nice, courtyard was nice, Nice location, enjoyed using the trolley car.

Little things like not enough silverware, only 3 coffee cups, shower curtain not as wide as tub but hanging too low on floor and bunched up on bottom of tub. Having to duck under TV in bedroom to get in and out of one side of bed, vinyl couch.

The Tv's had terrible reception most of the time. Too much pixellations. Hard to get local channels and local news. This is a small issue compared to the overall experience.

the location was nice because it’s close to the trolley.

it has no heat and we froze for three days. a window in the upstairs bedroom was busted out. the couch was hard as a rock and it had a huge burn hole in it. the bath tub was so slick I was I afraid I was going to fall on my head. the half bath light bulb was so dull you could barely see to use the bathroom.

The place is great! Very open and bright, lots of space! Everything we needed was available for us! The neighborhood was very quiet and just one block from the street car stop!

The bed/pillows weren’t the best quality, but fine for a couple of days. The light in the hallway bathroom would Randomly flicker on and off so occasionally you found yourself showering in the dark. There’s a lot of road construction going on in the area so the streets were closed to traffic, but our Uber drivers still went down the roads

Everything was very nice! Burglar bars were a plus for our security!

This was not the property I was shown when I paid so it was like a false advertisement and we had a couple bed bugs and the sink was stopped up!

Beautiful house.

Not enough linens for the 4 of us. Bed squeaked with every toss and turn. Minimal, and poor quality pillows. Not enough seating or seating areas. City views were the ghetto. Will stay at a hotel next time.

The host team was wonderful, we had a rough start but everyone who i communicated with was a wonderful help and acted super quick with any issues we had. We had an issue with the first place and they were quick to help and accommodate us.

Better with early check-in and communication with their cleaning staff. But overall even with the problems we had they were very quick to work with us after we had officially check-in.

It has a pool, free street parking, and it's close to the trolley. The interior rooms are generally clean, but the appt is very basic. There are mainly just three bar stools, a tiny table, a couch, and some beds. There's hardly anything on the walls except a poor paint job and a giant TV.

This felt like a rough neighborhood. The company has fenced parking spaces in the courtyard but they refused to let us use them for parking. The neighborhood is lit up with bright security lights and cameras. However, during our short stay, a man was shot to death in the street under the overpass and 4 people were robbed at the smoothie place nearby, both in the middle of the day. We left a day early. This company sent 37 messages about this booking in addition to texts. Most messages had duplicative information, and/or were requests to take surveys. I've never in my life had a company do this to this extent.

We loved the location. We were able to catch the street cars to take us wherever we needed to go. We took it to the French quarter and to the zoo.

The pool was small.but it was nice to have one.

The location of the Airbnb as well as the other tenants let very unsafe. We were told there was a pool, however the pool was not even opened when we arrived. Natural gas was smelled at one the of cottages and once we called property management we never heard again. We had to call the fire department ourselves because we fed unsafe with the smell.

Location was close to the activities we were going for.
