The rooms were very nice and bed comfortable . The staff was friendly and helpful. Greeted with a smile

I didn't like there was no meat substitution. Everyone doesn't eat pork and there should be a choice between pork or beef/turkey.

It is a very nice place, we loved the play area for the children, I recommend it

I liked the lobby and outside area. The filling station for the water jug was amazing!

The shower not pressure was really low, and the door to the bathroom would not stay open we had to prop it with a towel.

It's a nice looking hotel

My stay was horrible..Ist: when I arrived someone was already staying In the room they picked for me 315, 2nd: The staff was nunsulant about itduring check in.. the conversation went on and on I wasn't accommodated I was put on the 2nd floor was told there wasn't anything else I basically had no choice. When i specifically asked for the 4th floor when i booked my room, called 2 before to make sure everything was good "during" the call i was moved to the 3rd floor "supposed" to be at the end of the hall. But like I said earlier someone was staying in that room I walked in a seen it myself After that I was moved to the 2nd floor 214 which is latterly first door you see from the elevators ( what part I don't want to be disturbed by someone walking over me and hearing the elevator for 2 days) what I didn't want or need it's was exactly just that above us kids playing bumping dropping things and hearing the eleva6evetutime someone got on or off the whole stay!!!! 3rd: Only 2 pillows on a king size bed smh....had to go down stairs to warm up food, had too call 3 times for towels, housekeeping never ask did we need room service, had to put trash outside of the door, 4th: There was only one staff out of 5 staffs that was trying to be decent about the situation. 5th: Was told the manager would be in the next day come to Find out she want be in till Monday morning...there under new management and the old manager was trash I was told by staff. .6th: .so I'm yet waiting to talk with her for a reimbursement for my 2days of Bs. 7th: May I add the breakfast "pancake machine cute but they should have had 2 because the line was long after sitting in line for 30.mins to get pancakes by the time it was my turn more mix had to be made to go in the machine another 10mins or so. I hope new management do what it takes to run a nice hotel.

It was clean, lobby was cozy, accessible to many locations, loved the welcoming on the TV and that it was a large screen with many viewing options. The bathroom was well lite and the shower was amazing.

The property was great however I found the bed was very firm. I have back problems so I wasn’t able to sleep. That really is the only reason. Otherwise the stay was great.

This is a great hotel that real addressed many of the problems I always find in other hotels. The rooms have a great design with hooks and open clothes hanging bars (no more drawers and closets). The bathroom is perfect, nice extra-large (but not excessively oversized) shower, good lighting. The lamps in the room were great and versatile (you could angle them to shift the focus of light). The windows had both a light curtain layer and a black-out curtain layer which was great for sleeping. The A/C worked well and quietly. The lobby had a great game activity area with a nice snack bar (I liked that the snack bar was there even though we didn't buy any snacks... but maybe next time we will). The complimentary breakfast was delicious.

Nothing major. (1) the entry driveway from the main road is easy to miss, and if you miss it you have to cirlce around the feeder and come in through the Wal-mart parking lot.... kinda awkward but really not that big of a problem. (2) I wish the hotel design had a more central stairway. When my room in on the second floor, I'd rather not wait on the elevator. I could easily just walk up the stairs... except the only stairway is way at the far end of the hotel.

The staff was great everyone was very nice and the house keeps lady Ms. Janice was very very kind and sweet 👍
