the didn’t have everything I needed

The woman at the front desk was very rude like had an attitude for no reason, my towels in the room had stains in them glad I always bring my own towels, the outlets didn’t work.

Nice water pressure and it was right off the highway.
The smell in the room. The room need a complete makeover.

Nothing. Breakfast was past poor- 2 choices of cereal and coffee
No breakfast, toilet seat broken, drainage in tub backed up, cracks around door, furniture looked soiled, no back on tv remote, the tv service went down, AC unit never turned off on its own, and the receptionist hung up on my husband when he called to say the tv was not working.

Very close to I-20
Room smelled of pet urine. Requested downstairs room because husband has hip issues. Was told that the only room left was upstairs. Very frustrating. We took it because it was 12:30 am, but won’t stay again.

Very old furniture, pillows. The room has a terrible smell from smoking. The pool was closed. I was charged twice for the same hotel room.

Place is rundown!! Furniture is old and smells nasty. My shower took forever to drain. Lamps broken. Bath exhaust fan did not work. The freezer portion of the fridge was SOLID ice. I would never recommend this worn out place to stay.

Beds were comfortable.
Room smelled like dog urine. Very poor lighting. Running toilet, peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. Only 1 outlet available to charge devices.

It was convenient to LeTourneau University. The front desk staff was kind and accommodating when we needed to leave a piece of luggage in the front office for one of our party members who was arriving much later than planned.
There was a person playing loud music at 10:00. I called to the office and they said they would take care of it. I had to call back at 11:00 and they went down again. Then at 11:45 one of the trucks that was involved in the loud music drove off (loudly) The manager was kind about it, but did not even offer a discount in the price of our stay. The phone did not work and the towels needed to be replaced. The manager and the staff were kind, but the place needs a bit of TLC.
