The communication from Louise before we stayed was great, and we had a super welcome. The room was spacious, clean and comfy. The shower room was well equipped and large. We had a superb sleep on a lovely bed. The breakfast was freshly cooked, with good ingredients, a good choice and was plentiful. We would definitely stay again.

If you plan a trip through the highlands and therefore a stay in Ullapool give Ladysmith Guest House the chance to complete your trip perfectly. After our arrival Paulina showed us our nicely equipped and decorated bedroom with ensuite bathroom. We had a very relaxing night in a very cosy bed. The breakfast was rich and you were spoiled for choice between very delicious variants. Pauline is a perfect host. It was no problem for her that we forgot our jackets in the wardrobe. She sent them quickly to our last hotel in Edinburgh. We can strongly recommend this welcoming guest house.

Lovely guest house with great breakfast in an ideal location to explore the Scottish Highlands. The owner Pauline was very helpful with tourist information, she gave us lots of great places to visit
The bathroom was a bit on the small side

Great location and breakfast
We were travelling with our daughter and this was the only room that was available but room was too small for three people. Did have an extra single bed. So no privacy but was hoping there would have been a nice sitting room with maybe a tv so our daughter could go to bed earlier and have a little privacy.

Great location right in the centre of Ullapool and just a few mins walk to shops, restaurants and the harbour. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast. Overall a lovely guest house!

Our breakfast was ample with plenty of selections and our host was friendly and helpful.

A warm welcome from Pauline McRobb. Warm, clean, comfortable room & en suite bathroom with fresh towels daily. Plenty choices at breakfast...cereals, fruit, fruit juice yogurt, hot food, toast, tea, coffee.
A very short walk to the pier & ferry, local shops & restaurants.
Ullapool's residents are friendly and welcoming.
The scenery in the surrounding area is absolutely stunning.

Sink in bedroom, unable to wash hands after using toilet without walking across bedroom then towels on other side of room - ?
No hooks to hang coats / dressing gowns so had to throw them over the chair
Not shown around downstairs (briefly pointed out breakfast area) so didn’t realise there was a lounge to sit in
Didn’t see Pauline again, no-one asked if stay ok, or if anything we needed
Had to ask about check out, told to leave the key in door, very impersonal

Lovely guest house in great location near the front In Ullapool. Beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and the owner was very welcoming and informative. Lovely breakfast freshly cooked, we both had the smoked salmon with scrambled eggs which was superb. The shower was hot and powerful enough.
I would have given this property 10 stars were it not for the fact that wi fi did not work at all in our room.

The inn was beautifully decorated in a nautical theme, in keeping with the town’s setting. The room was large , well-appointed and comfortable, and our hostess was very attentive. “Best smoked salmon in Britain”.

Really lovely place! Beautiful interior and art work. Very clean and well kept. Pauline showed me around on arrival. Breakfast great too! Would recommend the Ladysmith! 👌😃

Lovely welcome by Pauline as she showed us our spotless bedroom and ensuite. Many nice touches to make our stay very comfortable. The location is great, a close walk to the main street, restaurants, cafes and interesting places like the bookshop, wharf.
Our breakfast of fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, cereal followed by amazing smoked salmon and scrambled eggs was fantastic. Thank you.

Really lovely b&b best 2 nights sleep all holiday . Staff were very helpful and friendly
