Great value for money. The room was spotless and there was plenty of facilities as well as lots of information about what to do and where to eat locally. Host was amazing, very friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend and will book again if up that way in future

Absolutely loved everything about the room. It was very cute and clean. Everything we needed and more was available. We also fell in love with the view and the area while we were there.

We were travelling for an event and had some special needs due to health. Dawn called us personally to get information to fully understand our needs to make sure she was able to accommodate them and she was brilliant in helping us and made our stay very comfortable. She is genuinely warm and welcoming and a lovely person all around. The room is a good size, comes with comfortable table, wee fridge, toaster, kettle, fresh water and milk in the fridge, lots of delicious goodies and everything else you could possibly need. The bed was VERY comfortable and the shower is a delight! We are attending another event in a fortnight and will be staying again if a room is available. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

A perfect stay. Very friendly hostess. You felt very welcome and immediately got good restaurant recommendations. Excellent price-performance ratio. No doubt that I would choose it again.

Dawn was warm and welcoming, The room was very well equipped, bright and modern. Much thought had obviously been given to equipping and running the accommodation. On street parking is available right outside and the town centre is within easy walking distance.

Ideally I would have preferred en suite facilities. I realised that there was a shared bathroom when booking but assumed that it would be nearer our room.

Dawn was a fantastic host. Welcoming and friendly. Excellent room. Very clean. Great shower. Comfortable bed. The extra cupboard in hall with additional cutlery, glasses even first aid kit! Was a great addition to facilities. Highly recommend booking this property. Would stay again.

Absolutely adorable room and our host was great. She came to introduce herself shortly after we arrived and offered recommendations for things nearby. Very clean room, hot shower, excellent all around.
