We were so lucky to book this house cute and comfortable a few weeks before our birthday friends (two couples) weekend. It just happened to coincide with the first annual Port Royal Mardi Gras parade. It was a treat being able to walk to all the interesting destinations in PR. We can't wait to do it again!

This was perfectly located & everything we needed for a 2 night stay, as close as we could get to MCRD Parris Island for graduation with so much more in close proximity. The coastal vibe was nice, the house adorable, & perfect for 4 adults with every amenity. I highly recommend this rental !

Loved the floor plan and all the accommodations exceptional. I was worried that I would have trouble preparing a full Christmas meal with what is usually provided at rentals, but the kitchen had everything one needed and the quality of appliances and kitchen items- more than adequate. The location was so peaceful. Hope to return in the future. Thank you!

We stayed at London off Paris for my daughter’s graduation from boot camp. We found this house perfect for our stay. It was clean well equipped.and furnished. We were wishing we had more time to stay at the. house. The porch is lovely and would be a great spot for a family meal. The town of Port Royal is very cute and walkable.

We typically visit family in Bluffton annually, and stay in that area. Never visited Port Royal, so thought we'd try it. House was very nice, clean, and in a nice quiet residential area across the street from an elementary school. We enjoyed the nearby craft brewery, coffee shop, a very nice Saturday farmers market, and just a few blocks from the house, there's a nature boardwalk where we saw countless birds and other wildlife. Also we really enjoyed sharing dinner with family at the dining table in this home that easily accommodates 6. Would definitely stay here again. Not over-run with touristy stuff, which we really liked.

The property at 1200 London Ave, Port Royal was perfect for our Thanksgiving gathering. The house is in excellent condition and the location is fabulous; the rental company was great to work with. The home was very clean, updated appliances, very nice porch and many large live oaks in the yard and over the porch. Very close to many shops and restaurants--walking distance to most.

This was our third time renting this home and we were not disappointed! Everything is always as it says. The home had little refresh touches throughout since our last visit. Home is comfortable and neighborhood is adorable. Walking distance to local restaurants and activities. This home is a winner - clean, cozy, location and amenities!

We were so happy with everything about it stay at this location. Very well maintained and comfortable. Excellent location for us with all we wanted to do. The kitchen is small (but we knew that from the pictures) but they have done a fabulous job of utilizing every inch and making it work well. The only thing I wished for was a few more cooking dishes (skillets, casserole/baking dishes). Would probably be adequate for most travelers, but we have friends in the area and has a dinner party for 6. Had to get creative in order to get everything prepared! But it all worked out just fine!

Great spot, great house, but room for improvement
This was our 10th visit to the soft-shell crab festival, so we have rented several houses in Port Royal. This house was beautifully renovated and sparkling clean. Arrival and check-in were easy. But there was a surprising shortage of household supplies, and basically no toiletries. There were not enough towels and those provided were old and worn.
Our three-day stay cost over $1,000. If they had provided $20 worth of supplies, it would have improved the rating to 5 stars.
The rental agent did respond quickly - on a Saturday - when we reported that the microwave didn't work.

Beautiful home close to all Port Royal and Beaufort has to offer.
Absolutely the nicest home I have had the pleasure to rent. The entire home was clean, kitchen was fully equipped, although we did not cook, and the accommodations were perfect. There were 4 adults. We initially had some issues with the door code working properly, but the property manager was there in less then 10 minutes to assist us. I would love to stay in this home again if we were to visit Port Royal again. Highly recommend this home to anyone wishing to visit this area.

Great week in Port Royal
We had a greet time at this property. It was decorated well, was clean and comfy, and they provided everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and friendly and the house had plenty of parking. It was minutes from Parris Island where we spent much our our time with our graduating Marine and also was close to Beaufort for shopping and a variety of restaurants. We enjoyed the Port Royal restaurants and boardwalk. Lovely area, lovely property!

Loved the costal decor
We enjoyed staying in the neighborhood where shops are within walking distance and the beach is only a couple minute's drive. And you must visit Mrs. Bs shop. Only thing missing is a king size bed because there is room for it.. We would stay there again.

The house was immaculate, adorable and super cozy. The comfortable beds were a gift after a 18 hour roadtrip.
Port Royal is a great community and conveniently located to Parris Island MCRD where we attended my son’s graduation.
We enjoyed a post Thanksgiving dinner walk to Sand’s beach and climbing the lighthouse at Hunting Island.

MCCS GRADUATION
All was great, no issues except TV downstairs. Was lucky to get two stations, we left at 11am on Saturday, did not even stay Saturday Night because we could not watch TV downstairs, it deiveu husband crazy. We paid for a night we did.not even use.

Peaceful highly recommend
We came down to watch my Son graduation at Parris Island, it was only a 10 minute drive. The house was very clean and in a quite town. Highly recommend staying here it was very peaceful if you are a early bird get a cup of coffee and sit on the porch and you can hear the frogs in the am. If you walk down to the boardwalk there is a nice beer wagon and band it was so relaxing.

We had a great stay in Port Royal. The house was very comfortable, clean, had everything we needed. One of the best houses we've ever stayed in. The porch / deck with the beautiful trees was a great place to hang out even on a hot summer day. Highly recommend!

Adorable cottage on London Ave with everything you need! Across from the school and close enough to walk for breakfast or lunch! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook several times! Nice covered deck to enjoy the beautiful quiet neighborhood! Room for everyone to have their own space! We visited family and explored the area! Thought of everything
We were so impressed with how well equipped the house was for having a great stay, from the gas grill to the beach chairs and towels and park pass you can really relax here. Wish we could have spent more time on the beautiful deck. Great place!

Our stay at 1200 London ave
As soon as we arrived there was a horrible odor. It turned out to be the garbage pail, which we had to wash out ourselves. Got excited there was a TV in all bedrooms, come to find out no wifi, only in the tv downstairs. We had to buy toilet paper and paper towels. Other than that the house was beautiful.
