Beautifully appointed apartment over 3 floors. Fantastic location to visit all the sights in Bath.
Yes, it was expensive, but the facilities and location made up for that. Plus it sleeps 6, so comparable to a hotel stay.
We stripped the beds, and the pillows (none of which had pillow protectors), were badly stained which really wasn’t nice, I see other guests have mentioned this. It really needs attention.
Neither of the lamps worked in the first floor bedroom, expect bulbs need replacing.

Excellent location and a spacious, well equipped apartment provided good value for money.
Beds and the sofa in the living room were a little uncomfortable. A larger bed in the master bedroom would be good as it was a squeeze for two grown adults.

This beautiful maisonette located at central Bath which is very convenient to go everywhere around the city. Room are tidy and clean. Kitchen has fair amount of stuff to use though we didn’t got a chance to use it. Dan, the owner was nice and easy to access by messages.
Street noice came easily as windows are single glazed. Beds were a little too hard but overall were not too bad.

Loved our stay, such a comfortable space with everything you’d need. Location was walkable from the train and all there is to enjoy in Bath. Would stay again.

The location was great and very central to Bath and easy walking distance to trains, shops,museums and lots of restaurants. The house was nicely furnished and generally comfortable. Communication very good.
The kitchen was really cold and there was no way of closing it off from the lounge so that was also cold and drafty despite having the heating on. Not much in the way of a welcome pack which we would have expected in a rental of this calibre.

Lovely interior and bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. Great location and easy check in/check out process.
Single glazing meant it was a bit noisy/cold.

This apartment is located in a beautiful house which is very close to the centre of the city. It is not noisy though. The beds are really comfortable and there is a beautiful bathroom. We were able to walk everywhere. The instructions for getting the keys were clear and everything worked fine.

The property was in a lovely part of Bath & was very comfortable with lovely furnishings & huge bathroom.
The very top bedroom needed some bed side tables & lamps as you could only turn the light off outside the room.

Great location, beautiful property.
Heating wasn’t efficient enough as the temperature couldn’t be altered. No heating on as we arrived, it was 10 degrees and didn’t reach any higher than 12 degrees that evening.
Temperature eventually reached 14 degrees on the Saturday.

The property is deceptively large and has been decorated beautifully. The location is so central and the hosts are really helpful.

Located centrally so it is within close walking distance of all the sights. Instructions given was also clear and the property itself was lovely.
The main issue was the surrounding noise at night. The first night an alarm from some neighbour went off and didn’t clear till morning. The second night we had rowdy revellers waking us up at night.
