We loved this house. The location was ideal for restaurants, shopping, and hiking. It was well stocked for our needs, with plenty of kitchenware and towels. Our 2 young granddaughters enjoyed the pool and nearby park. We hope to stay again!

We were 5 of us (including my 93 year old M-I-L!) who were on a mini-vacation. We needed a spot that was comfortable to sleep in and hang out in and this property was perfect. Beds super comfortable, great hot tub, well stocked kitchen, good TV watching set up. All the things we required in a rental where we knew we would be "hanging out" for much of the time. Nothing chic about it....but super comfortable and highly functional!

Our family stayed over the holidays. This was our 3rd stay in Tucson and our favorite so far. Todd and Stacey were very responsive and hospitable. Everyone enjoyed this property. I asked our entire family about the pros and cons of our stay. The pool table was a big hit with my 82-year-old dad, my husband, and our 25 and 20-year-old sons. There were large screen TVs to enjoy movies and football. We cooked all our meals, which can be challenging in a kitchen away from home. This kitchen was well equipped compared to other places we have stayed. There was a new 6.5-quart crockpot, cast iron skillet, baking sheets and Pyrex casserole dishes. There are knives. The only thing not in the kitchen is a large pot to boil pasta, if that is your plan. The appliances were in good condition. Nice BBQ hooked up to the gas line. This house was clean and comfortable. We also all enjoyed the large hot tub with a great view. Lots of nice towels. We liked the location near shopping and not too far from Top Golf, hiking, and the Tohono Chul botanical gardens.

We enjoyed every minute in the beautiful home. It has a great floorplan, well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, and an absolutely, fantastic hot tub and pool. It was very clean and quiet. We are raving to friends about our stay in Tucson.

Oh. My. Goodness! The house is stacked with amenities, the property is absolutely STUNNING, and the sunrise and sunset views CANNOT be beat! Todd was extremely responsive to all our questions and needs from the day we booked and so lovely to work with! Thank you for sharing this space with us! We will definitely be back!

We stayed here with friends while visiting our sons for U of A family weekend. The house was clean, towels were in abundance, and the owner was very attentive. The pool was a nice bonus and it made it a great hang out during the day with our families.

We booked this house for my husbands 70 birthday and had our family with us. The house was perfect for us with plenty of room. The backyard and pool were a favorite spot with the entire family and our 4 year old grandson especially loved the it. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved this stay, the home was very clean and a great size. We loved the pool and hot tub. Todd was super easy to work with. The only drawback was that it was not very close to the University of AZ but that is no fault of the house. We had a great stay, wish we could have stayed longer!

The house was perfect for our needs. Family of four plus grandparents. The kids loved the pool, the kitchen, living room, and eating areas were spacious. Four great bedrooms. A block from a small little playground. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Everything was as described, communication was great, and would go there again.

We were looking for a place to stay to get out of the cold winter weather and this place was perfect! It's a quiet neighborhood which was perfect for our family of four, but is a quick drive stores and to many different hiking trails. It had more than enough space for us. We decided to pay to heat the pool and didn't regret it at all. It was the perfect temperature and we all absolutely loved it. The hosts were very responsive and helpful as well.

From the moment we walked into the door. Everyone started commenting on how good it smelled in the house. The house was just as the pictures and description, in fact even lovelier! Owners were attentive and easy to get ahold of. We are all planning for next years trip back to Tucson and will be checking this rental again!! Very happy with this property. We can’t say enough good things about our stay here. The house is comfortable and exactly as pictured. It has tons of extras to make your stay as nice and easy as possible. our only complaint is that we didn’t stay a few days longer. We would love to come back.

This house exceeded our expectations! We were able to do all of our day activities and come back to the fabulous heated pool and hot tub! Our family really enjoyed our visit!

The home and owners are phenomenal. The neighbors were rude and rolled up trash bins to block the front door because they didn’t like it sitting on the curb a day or two after pickup. There was also a formal hand written letter from neighbors expressing their disgust with the community president and state of living. It was not a good look for an extremely privileged neighborhood. Don’t let the community distract you from enjoying your stay and experiencing incredible views. Just be mindful of surroundings and make the most of every moment in this oasis.

Loved the themed home and the variety of different sleeping arrangements in the home

very restful when we needed, great fun when we needed. The owners and managers have thought of everything you might need for your stay. The property has beautiful views and relaxing comfort. My spouse takes a HUGE amount of time to find the right place for our vacations - this property met all expectations.

Todd was very accommodating. The house was very clean and well stocked. Our family enjoyed the Billiard table. We had plenty of room. The pool and spa were refreshing. The view was beautiful. We were very pleased with our rental.

We just returned from our stay in Tucson. We stayed at this lovely, comfortable, home! While the home itself is laid out perfectly for our family, the added extras that were already there were also very appreciated. We will definitely be returning to this rental. This home was wonderful for our family. It had many bath/laundry/kitchen items that many rentals do not. We enjoyed the pool very much and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

We stayed here for a week in July to visit my family who lives nearby. The location was perfect for us, the back yard has a nice view of the Catalinas and if you are coming to golf there are lots of nice golf courses nearby. The house was immaculately clean when we arrived, it is well stocked with towels, kitchen has some spices, etc and plenty of cookware. The AC works great and all the beds and bedrooms were very comfortable, plenty of space for everyone. We did find the pool to be rather dirty when we arrived, lots of dirt and debris on the bottom and floating on the surface. When I called the owner he came out the next day and vacuumed it which did help a lot. The pool service guy came out once while we were there and spent about 30 seconds testing the water then left despite the pool still needing a good cleaning. A lot of the pool toys there were broken but we left some floaters we had bought and I happen to know the AZ sun is not kinda to plastic things so it’s not a surprise. Overall we were super comfortable and happy with our time spent here and would stay here again.
