Location was perfect. Close to everything but quiet. It was neat, clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed and a nice outdoor sitting area. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Good location, very quiet. If you love hiking the Mt Kearsarge North trail is walking distance, and it's a splendid hike. Cranmore Resort is about a mile and plenty of restaurants, breweries, shopping in town a very short drive. Would love to return sometime.

The over all place was nice but there were a list of things that could have been cleaned better.
~there was no broom for us to sweep the floors
~there were long hairs on the lamp shades in the bedroom with the twin beds
~there were black Pubic Hairs in the tub
~A lot of the towels were either staind or had food wiped on them (it looked like Mac& cheese
~ we found a sock stuck to the wall near 1 of the beds, candy wrappers and bottle caps under the queen bed.
~ we found someone's glasses and ear bud case in the couch and chair.
~ the white blanket on one of the twin beds was put on dirty and one of the extra blankets had a stain white ? Stain on it not sure what it was
~ the dehumidifier was full when we got there
~we couldn't figure out how to turn on the ac downstairs in the bedroom.

Stayed here for a weekend with my husband and 18 month old. There was a gate for the stairs which was perfect! One less thing to have to put in the car. The location was wonderful. Good and grocery all within 10 minutes. Unfortunately for us, the weather didn’t cooperate and it was sever thunderstorms and a tornado warning so we didn’t get to Storyland, but we still made the most of the weekend.
Truly only a 3 minute drive to Cranmore!

This place was perfect for our little family get away with toddler twins. We had enough space for all of us and the chalet was equipped with a gate to close off the stairs which was perfect. Great view of a little farm, cute and cozy! Thank you!

My husband and I needed a weekend away to relax and just spend some time together. The chalet was very clean and we were able to find everything we needed quite easily! We loved the beautiful lilac bush outside of our deck. I enjoyed the smell of it as I sat on the deck reading a book. We cooked all of our meals at the chalet, watched movies and slept in. We went in to North Conway to play mini golf and go to a craft fair on the common. We absolutely recommend this chalet if you are looking to get away for a weekend or even longer! We hope to be back again next season!!

Cute and cozy in a quite neighborhood, close to shoping and the White Mts. We had a great weekend and felt very safe and well taken care of.

Perfect place a a ski reunion with old friends to ski in the valley, close proximity to North Conway, quiet neighborhood with all the amenities you would need. Very enjoyable experience.

Very close to Cranmore for skiing and about 20 minutes to Attitash, perfect for two kids and a couple (or single adult). Easy to access ad simple but comfortable!

Wonderful spot in the white mountains - located minutes from cranmore mountain, you can see it lit up at night from the window. It was a great winter getaway!

The bedrooms are in the lower level with one dehumidifier. It may be beneficial to add another dehumidifier to the second bedroom.

This is the perfect place for a family of 4. It’s perfectly situated right near North Conway and Story Land. We’ll be back next year.

Stayed here with our 1 and 5 year old daughters for a quick vaca to Story Land and Santa’s village. Clean and convenient!

Stayed here for a few summer nights with my 2 teenage sons. Location was perfect distance from the busy North Conway area. It is in quiet location and well kept inside. Very clean and property manager is very prompt with responses. My boys really enjoyed staying here and said they would want to stay here again.

This was a great set-up for our family of 4. 2 bedrooms and bathroom downstairs and kitchen/dining/living room upstairs.
The A/C unit is upstairs. So if you stay on a hot day, arrive early enough to cool off the downstairs bedrooms too. (The ceiling fan upstairs and bedroom fans help distribute the cool air.)
One suggestion: it would be helpful to have a few sets of kid plates/utensils/cups.
The home is in a quiet area just a quick drive to restaurants, shopping and Storyland.

A very good rental. There is plenty of space for up to 4 people, the location is fine, the kitchen is well equipped (one exception - needs a better can opener). The owner is excellent, very responsive. One exception- the rental is not good for those with mobility issues due to staircases.

Came here for our annual Storyland pilgrimage. The spot had everything we needed for our 2 night stay with our young kids, even a baby gate to keep our 11mo off the stairs! Only critique would be that the beds weren't the most comfortable

Nicely maintained. Just the right size for a couple or small family. A little tight for 4 adults probably. Owner was available and easy to work with. It could use a few minor kitchen items (slotted spoon and a can-opener would be useful).

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. I was looking for someplace quiet, cozy and close to everything. It was very comfortable and clean. My husband and I enjoyed our time at our little home away from home and plan to stay again next time we are in New Hampshire. A big shout out to our Super Host Richard. Thank you for making it a great place to stay.

Absolutely loved our stay! We turned the corner and before arriving at the chalet we saw numerous families ice skating and sledding on the pond just across the street. There is a direct view from the living room of Mt. Cranmore lit up for night skiing. You truly feel like you are in the quaintest New England mountain town. Location is excellent. Amenities were just what we needed. Thank you for the added tea and sugar! Would highly recommend.

2nd time my spouse and I stayed here. Picturesque location close to everything we wanted to see and do. The unit is neat and clean and the living/dining area is super cute. Loved having a morning coffee while enjoying the view of the horse farm across the way and relaxing by the fireplace at night.

Had a great stay. House was neat, quiet, and in a great neighborhood. Good jumping off spot for leaf peeping, hiking and visiting our favorite local places. Would stay here again on a future visit.

Only negative was when neighbors walked
upstairs on their side the floor creaked above our bedroom. Otherwise would be 5 stars all the way

Couldn't have been happier with this lovely little chalet. I enjoyed my morning cup of coffee every day sitting in the sun on the porch overlooking the pond. We really appreciated how close the place was to the town and all it had offer, yet was away from the hustle and bustle. We could have happily stayed much longer!

Had a great stay at the Chalet. Clean, roomy, lovely views. All the amenities you would need for a short or extended visit. Looking forward to a return visit.
