Bagno con vasca, box doccia e servizi igienici.. Riscaldamento a gas centralizzato, elettricità, biancheria da letto, asciugamani e Wi-Fi inclusi. Lettino da viaggio e seggiolone disponibili su richiesta. Cortile recintato con mobili da giardino e barbecue. Negozio di biciclette. Sul parcheggio della strada. Vietato fumare. . The Beach House è una meravigliosa proprietà semi-indipendente che si trova sulla pittoresca costa di Fylde, nella località di St Annes-on-the-Sea, adatta alle famiglie. A solo mezzo miglio dal lungomare sabbioso e dal lungomare ci sono molti servizi, con la spaziosa e continentale St Annes Square proprio dietro l'angolo. Sulla strada per St Anne Square passerai Ashton Gardens, che ospita aree giochi e campi da bocce, insieme al Pavilion Tea Room e al ristorante.
Poco più a sud delle luci brillanti e del razzmatazz di Blackpool, St Annes è ricca di tradizione, con tribune, piscine per bambini, caffè, sale da tè e campi da golf, tra cui l'illustre Royal Lytham & St Annes Golf Club. L'orgoglio del posto sul lungomare, troverete la statua ridente del defunto, grande Les Dawson, e dall'altra parte del lago Fairhaven, troverete la vicina città di Lytham. Home from Home, lovely clean well presented accommodation, only downfall was the heating was on timed and could not be placed on constant, heating went off throughout the night. Where the house became extremely cold .

We had a lovely stay at the beach house and will hopefully be returning again next year.
We had a lovely stay at the beach house and will hopefully be returning again next year. The house itself is a two bed terraced with on street parking, which we were able to do with no problems on any of our 7 nights, parking right outside each time we returned to the house. The house has been recently refurbished throughout and was clean and bright. It was an ideal location to base ourselves and then go out on day trips around and about in Lancashire. It was also a great place to take our dog, the owners even purchased a piece of Astroturf for the slabbed back yard as he's a little fussy where he goes, if you know what I mean? There is a beautiful park only 200 metres away from the house and the beach is only a 3 or 4 minute walk so, we made use of these every day to walk the dog and let him run on the beach. There is also a very convenient Sainsbury's supermarket within 300 metres and the town of Lytham St Annes itself is only a 5 minute walk, the house is also within a 5-10 minute drive of Lytham and Blackpool.
The Beach house looks to be a relatively new venture for the owners and there were a few very small improvements that could be made (bedside table/extra cups/plates/lid on the outside bin etc), though, nothing that impacted our stay at all.
All in all, a small, neat and tidy house that was perfect for us. Thank you Sam for a great holiday, good communications and possibly, the comfiest bed I have ever slept in!

Lovely park just around the corner, St Anne's Square again about 7-8 minutes walk,with lots of coffee shops and a few pubs.
Reg our Sprocker Spaniel loved all the attention he received in the pubs and cafes who are very dog friendly.
Blackpool, not so dog friendly, but we were allowed to take him on the trams.
Property very comfortable and clean, parking on road outside the house.
Would have liked a bigger garden for Reg, but we coped with the small area at the rear.
Modern comfortable Bedrooms and bathroom.
If we were to return to Lytham St Anne's, would definitely re book The Beach House.

Lovely property but small second bedroom with no proper wardrobe. Back garden not really pet friendly as it is all done in slate pieces which my dog found it difficult to walk on. Decorated lovely. Would of appreciated a carton of milk in the fridge as we were desperate for a drink when we arrived
