Exceeded all expectations
Communication was excellent. The views are stunning and was perfect spot for the kids to experience the beach. The house was so well equipped you dont want for anything. We are just sad it wasnt available for our return trip next week. Highly recommend!

I was unable to stay myself as unfortunately i had to go overseas at short notice but my family went ahead with the holiday. They absolutely loved thwur stay. The house was in a great location and had everything they needed and more. Thanks Ross

We stayed for a week on the beach and loved it. The proximity to the vineyards in the McLaren was also a huge bonus. Lots of space to relax in and couldn't get enough of how close it was too the beach.

The house was in a great location right on the beach but the property was a little tired and not as clean and as in good order as it should have been. Sadly their had been exterior work done and plastic had been left on 2 of the windows and the wind made it flap loudly in the wind and would not allow one of the shutters to open so the entire stay in that bedroom was in darkness and stuffy! The property had not been freshly cleaned before we arrived and was very dusty. The kitchen was old and the stove/oven was not that clean. Linen and towels were tired and not many products for bathroom use and no environmental awareness. Carpet in a beach house with sand on the door step is difficult to manage. It could be a great place but would need more attention to detail. We paid a lot of money for 6 days for this property but the location sells it.

Beautiful home, you can feel the love. Stunningly gorgeous views, day and night. I will definitely be booking again. Ross (Property Manager) is delightful to deal with. If you want your sanity restored from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, look no further!

Location fantastic
Hi could not fault location but the interior was a let down kitchen very average fridge was not on and cold for our arrival. Toaster was greasy and not clean. And the mat in the bathroom definitely should be put to rest.. beds and lounge room were comfortable . Thank You

Kitchen was disappointing, bbq was dirty, no wifi, up stairs balcony door is in very poor condition.

Fabulous spot on the beach
The house was great. Lovely home.
The huge 4 storey apartment block being built right next door was a disappointment. About 3 metres from kitchen window. Unable to use BBQ as absolutely no sun in back yard and looking up to scaffolding. Had to have heat pump on alot as house very cold due to no sun.
Sorry to the owner of the house but we wouldnt of booked it if we had known. Builders put down tools by 4pm but 7am started.
Kids bunk beds very very mobile and squeaky that we had to put mattress on floor.
Ignoring all that Moana is gorgeous and the cafe yummy.

This is a must stay if you need to relax and pop out for a meal that is in walking distance to the property. Very convenient for all shops and beach walking etc.

Lovely property. Perfect location-proximity to beach and great cafe. Beautiful comfortable, large couch in the living room. Loved having linen and towels included but there was no 'pantry'.

disappointed
The house was well presented right next to the beach and close to a nice restaurant.
Unfortunately we had to wait almost an hour in front of the house before the owner rang us back with the code to get in after I contacted stayz.com
There was also a long list we received of cleaning requirements that would atract extra cost if not complied with. However both the bathroom and the kitchen were not clean. The kitchen especially was sticky and hasn't been updated in years. We had to clean all the utensils and pots and pans and surfaces before use. Also the BBQs (two of them) were unusable due to them being rusted through.
The living room and bedrooms however were clean and comfortable.

Enjoyable holiday
Excellent location, very spacious property. Some of the fixtures are a little worn, but furniture is generally in very good condition. Very comfortable, enjoyable stay.

Beach getaway
House was well presented. Fridge was turned off and had to move it to turn it on. Gas stove/oven did not light automatically. And the gas lighter at the property was also out of gas. Not enough toilet paper. 2 rolls for 4 people for 4 days. Bed in master was way too soft. Heating was good.

We have booked a few places at Moana Beach in the past and this home is by far the most superior we have stayed in. It accommodated two families effortlessly and the luxury decor and surroundings that it offered were really appreciated. Angela was a delight to deal with and nothing was too hard. The children loved the Boogie Boards and the Family games provided not to mention the Foxtel and the absolute access to the Beach. No cars or roads to worry about.A spectacular place to spend quality family time.We will spread the word and certainly return.

The food recommended by the locals was superb. Moana is so central. We saw whales at Victor Harbour just 50 metres out on the beach.Perfect location. Waking up and seeing the day start over the beach and reserve was superb! The sunsets over the water were amazing! Would love to come back again. The whole property was beautifully appointed. we loved the bonus extra lounge at the rear and the outdoor dining area. the hot.cold outdoor shower was great, the kids rinsed off straight from the beach by coming in the side gate, before they even came inside. It was so relaxing. The whole property is so tastefully decorated with such attention to detail it made our stay even more special.
