Situato in una tranquilla strada senza uscita, appena fuori Montauk Highway a auspicabile Ditch Plains questa casa trova direttamente di fronte ai bambini spiaggia South Lake e una breve passeggiata per l'oceano a Ditch Plains. Quiet, child friendly neighborhood and short walk to beach. Great views from outdoor patio. Host was attentive and accommodating.

Stayed here with some friends for my 35th birthday celebration and had the best time. The house had a perfect beach vibe and the view from the deck was breathtaking. Very conveniently located walking distance to ditch plains and short drive to town. Lou was also a very responsive and accommodating host during our stay when we needed anything.

Nicely equipped house, great deck, and in a quiet neighbourhood right next to Montauk. We all really enjoyed our stay. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed at this property with our family and friends in July. The house is well located in a quiet part of Montauk with a five minute drive to downtown and a 15 minute walk to the Ditch Plains beach. The house has a nice large deck overlooking Montauk Lake with sunset views and a large lawn. Our check in process was easy and our host was very communicative. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, relaxing.
Excellent location for a late summer getaway. Being able to walk to Ditch Plains was amazing. We loved the decor and cozy, spacious living and bedrooms. The view from the deck was also a dream. Highly recommend!

Spacious house in perfect location!
We loved our stay. Plenty of room in the house and it has a stunning view of the water! Lou was very easy to communicate with and super helpful! We would gladly come back and recommend this place to anyone!
