clean & had everything we needed, provided tea, coffee, milk & water & dishwasher pods in the kitchen along with bodywash, shampoo & conditioner & a couple of extras in both showers too.

Really hard to open & close the roof window blinds. Tricky to get into the car park space. Both should be automated like the rest of the house!

Ideal location and parking

Great place to stay, it was close to a railway connection which was great for quick access to Richmond but we walked which only took us 30 mins. The property is situated behind large lockable gates, which made us feel very safe, as well as great security for parking our vehicle. All basics were stocked, including toiletries, milk and bottled water which was welcoming. Beds were super comfortable. The place was spotless. Our communication with host was excellent.

If we were to add some feedback/comment on something……. Netflix and Prime were available, but we would have liked to have had access to digital tv - if this was available we couldn't access it.

We have to wait one hour and half to get the key.And when we are there ,They said the people who sent the key to us already left.we have to check in another hotel that night.

Super clean and tidy with all the basics and a few extras such as coffee pods. Very comfortable beds and sofas and good linens. Nice courtyard space. Very polite and helpful staff welcomed us to the house. Richmond is a nice location close to the Thames and there are plenty of shops within a short walk. Great for access to Kew.

The house has parking but this is awkward to access. There is aircraft noise every 2 mins as the house is under the Heathrow flight path. Noise is minimal if inside with windows and door closed but the house is also very hot in summer. Outdoor space is cramped if you park a car here. Mortlake Rd is very busy.

Was a bit away from all the main attractions and spent quite a lot of time in traveling. Had to change minimum 2-3 trains daily.

This little house was a great stay for our family of 4 visiting London from the US. We liked that the location was safe and family-oriented while still being accessible to the tube (less than a 10 minute walk to Kew Gardens station then about 30 mins on the tube to get to most locations in London) for exploring and enjoying the city. Our contact, Paloma, was so helpful and attentive when we had questions.

The kitchen is pretty minimally stocked - it’s basically equipped for eating takeaway. We wished for a bread knife and a chef’s knife and more cooking utensils to be able to prepare our own meals. I was also a little surprised at how small the home is. Wide-angle lenses make it seem bigger, although we were perfectly comfortable.

The entire place was well-supplied and very clean. Everything was very freshly laundered and there wasn’t a sign of dirt or mildew anywhere. Very comfortable and close to a M&S for essentials.

We were a group of three adults and an almost 2 year old. We were met at the property to hand over keys and to go over some background about it including how to work the appliances etc which was super helpful and reassuring (a house manual was also provided). Communications were really excellent. The property was so great, exactly what we wanted - a real home from home! Well presented, beds comfortable (travel cot provided in request) and towels/hairdryer/crockery & Wi-Fi included. Location wise it was great too - about a 5 min walk to Kew Gardens station. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! :)

The property was lovely and comfortable, well cleaned, and had many extras that were welcome (condiments, milk, shampoo & conditioner etc.) The parking was ideal and secure, and it was a short walk to the tube to get into central London.

Maybe an extra toilet instead of an extra shower would be handy, but definitely didn't hinder our stay.

Location was good, easy access to the Tube or buses. Parking for one car was an extra bonus, fully equipped kitchen. Netflix and Prime video channel on the TV too.. was great to relax after a busy day in London!

Photos were a very deceiving online, property was MUCH smaller than expected. Garden area was not a 'garden' as depicted in the photos, it was a tiny concreted area with some seating, probably not much bigger than 6' x 6' with a very busy main road by the side.

Place is tastefully decorated and well equipped. Well positioned for public transport. Host attentive and quick to respond to questions.

Great location, clean and Paloma was excellent to deal with.

It was a lovely little property. Ideal for our 3 day trip. Paloma was there to greet us and ran us through everything, she was very helpful and gave us some recommendations about places to go and eat. The house is set in a very secure area. The garden was a big plus. I would definitely return to this property.

Excellent communication with the host, well equipped with quality appliances. Perfect location for my stay, felt very safe and secure. Lovely garden courtyard to sit and relax with beer and win.

The property was fantastic and had everything we needed. There were lots of extras we didn't expect, like milk in the fridge, tea and coffee, etc. It's the little things that make all the difference. Location was perfect! Walking distance to Kew and Richmond which was just what we wanted.

The property was light, very clean, compact and although on a main road, the high fencing at the front of the property, meant the bungalow was very secluded and felt safe. Car parking in front of the property was great to have but meant the outside seating area was a little limited, in front of the car. That was not a problem to us for our short stay & there was no problem with traffic noise. The property had everything we needed (except oven gloves). The chimenea shown in the outside photograph was for decoration only, which we were advised about after communicating with Paloma before we left for our stay; so as it was cold, we brought blankets with us. Paloma was really helpful, approachable and responded quickly to any communications. The property had a security camera on the gate so when the button was pressed for anyone visiting the property, the screen inside displayed the visitor. This property suited the needs of our family perfectly for the short time of our stay and we would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

The large gates were a little awkward to manoeuvre. Presumed wrongly there would be two toilets as two bathrooms were listed.

The wifi, warm house, complete utensils, Ms Paloma gives great service and helpful information.
