Situato alla fine di una strada di campagna su un fiume serpeggiante poco profondo / estuario. Pesce, kayak o guadare dal cortile. Passeggiata alla spiaggia. Al piano superiore camera matrimoniale con letto king size e zona salotto con finestre panoramiche con vista sull'acqua, bagno completo, lavatrice / asciugatrice e sdraio. Al piano inferiore cucina completamente attrezzata, sala da pranzo e soggiorno con TV / DVD / VCR / stereo e due camere da letto con 2 letti singoli ciascuna. Cenare sul ponte e guardare la vita acquatica. Lenzuola, giocattoli da spiaggia e giochi da tavolo interni in dotazione. Ottimo posto per bambini, adolescenti e ritiri di diverse generazioni. O per la tua vacanza. Vicino a spiagge, piste ciclabili, mini golf, golf, ottimo gelato, negozi di antiquariato, ristoranti, teatri e cinema.

Wonderful views, great location for kayaking, fishing, or if you time the tides you can just float out and back. Lots of wildlife. Neighbors were nice. House was well equipped and comfortable. Nice mid-cape location with lots of golf courses to pick from if so inclined. Very relaxing.

Perfect house in perfect location. Great home base for kayaking, biking, going to the beach, or just sitting and watching the river and all the birds. It's actually as pretty as the pictures!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful area with plenty of good restaurants and close in proximity to other parts of the cape. Communication with Sue was 10/10.

5 women from NY. We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend despite the weather. The accommodations were just as pictured and our host, Sue Dorfman was very easy to deal with. Would love to go back!♥️

I stayed here with a couple of friends in mid-May. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect for the day-trips and bike rides we did around the Cape. We loved the quiet neighborhood, and the wonderful luxury of starting and ending each day beside the river. It was a wonderfully relaxing stay.

Peaceful, comfortable, convenient home. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with back yard river frontage where I had my coffee while watching shore birds in the marsh. Also very convenient to ice cream, morning muffins, grocery. About 15-minute walk to the nearest beach. Sue was so easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay.

Could have been a LOT cleaner!
Threadbare and mismatched linens and towels. Only found 5 which were still damp in the dryer. Owner had me go into attic for more mismatched and threadbare linens. No hand towels or wash clothes. House is worn out and needs some serious updating. Backyard cushions used for couch pillows. Backyard furnishings are mildewed and unusable except for the Adirondack chairs by the River which were nice.
So much more to complain about but I’m done. Very disappointing stay for my family.

We loved staying at this property. Sue was very communicative and the home was well stocked and clean. The rooms are spacious, the master has an amazing view of the River. We loved sitting outside by the river!! I would absolutely rent again.

The waterfront on the property is small but sufficient. My 10 yr old son loved catching crabs and we enjoyed having use of the kayaks. Sue's home is clean and had everything we needed. She was immediately responsive to the one question we had.

As you can tell by the title I loved the location! So peaceful, anytime of day, and the best seat was out in the Adirondacks facing the Swan river! Kitchen had everything you needed and if you're lucky enough to get the master bedroom you may not want to leave! Owner answered any questions quickly and was very easy to work with.

We had the best time! House was absolutely adorable, Sue was communicative & thorough with great suggestions for our stay. Views from second story bedroom are amazing!! Loved being riverfront!

Lovely yard on a bend in Swan River. View to river out the dining room window. 💗 That was perfect on our cooler days in early- mid May. The owner was great to be in contact with.

We spent a wonderful week here and were very happy with the house! The view from the upstairs bedroom can't be beat. Loved that we were able to bring our kayaks along and have plenty to explore right from the backyard. Great location near the beach as well as restaurants. Kitchen was fully equipped with anything you could need allowing us to cook a few dinners there.

We had a wonderful stay. The layout of the house is perfect, with great views of the water and wildlife. The river is excellent for kayaking - right from the backyard!

The house was roomy, clean. very well appointed, and beautifully decorated. The back yard is a real gem with it's river access, views, and comfortable furnishings. Nice quite neighborhood. The homeowner was very communicative and accessible.. Overall, met all my expectations , and show exactly as advertised.

The location was perfect for going in any direction.It was very quiet and peaceful. The property was very cleanand tidy.I would rent again

My family and I just returned from a week at this property. The location was great and the house had everything we needed. My family, including grandparents and teenagers, all had a great time. My teenage sons really enjoyed going out on the river in the kayaks right from the yard. Also, we were very close to a paddle board/kayak/peddle boat rental shop which we also took advantage of to try out paddle boarding. Rental is close to many good restaurants and beaches as well. House was fully stocked with anything you might need down to body wash and shampoo! My family and I look forward to renting again next summer.
