Stayed here for a family get-together. The property is amazing, nice furniture, comfortable beds, and quiet location. Highly recommended.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, nice and well-maintained backyard. House was well stocked and had everything that was needed. Very clean house. Communication was great, very prompt, got all of our access stuff in plenty of time. Would definitely stay again!

OMG! One of the best rentals ever! House was perfect and the kitchen was excellent. Clean and spacioud. Great little backyard for sipping mimosas with the girls. It was all better than expected. In a clean, safe, quiet residential neighborhood and only 15 minutes to our event. If i ever need to stay in Medford again, this is my house! (Only thing I'd add are some ice cube trays). Thank you Carol for the accomodation! We loved it!

This home was very clean, quiet and very well stocked with all the things someone may need. We were in town for a sports tournament and the proximity to South Medford High was very convenient for us.

This house is perfect for our visits to see my mother in a retirement home in Medford. We were here in the fall, winter and now the spring. We feel like we are coming home every time. The house is clean, smells good, freshly made beds, plenty of towels, great internet, a kitchen with everything you need except groceries. The backyard is beautiful with a nice patio, tables and chairs, barbecue and lovely trees and rhododendrons. The neighborhood is quiet, there are sidewalks for strolling, the homes are well kept and we feel safe here. The communication with the owners is excellent and they are warm and welcoming. We look forward to coming back!

This was our second stay at this home. It feels like our own home! It is tastefully decorated, has a relaxed vibe, tall ceilings and feels open and airy. It's fresh and clean, has comfortable beds, plenty of fluffy bath towels. The drawers are empty and ready for your clothes, plus the master bedroom has a huge walk in closet to hang clothing and stow away your luggage. There is a washer and dryer, as well as an iron, plus all the other things you would have in your own home. Our trips to Medford are primarily to visit my elderly mother, so we are out with her all day, and we sometimes bring her to the house for lunch. In November, we sat in the beautiful backyard and barbecued steaks. Just recently, in early January, we enjoyed the nice gas fireplace in the living room. At the end of the day, when we have brought Mom home, we come back to our "home" for dinner, some tv and a restful night. We are usually too busy to cook, so we eat out or bring takeout home, but you could certainly cook if you wanted to. The kitchen has everything you need, plenty of pots, pans, baking sheets, bowls, dish sets, glasses, cups ... plenty of everything. The dining room has a large table. It's just a great house. We love it, it's comfortable and feels like home. It's in a newer little "pocket" neighborhood, the homes are well kept, the landscaping is mature, the neighbors are quiet, there are sidewalks for walking. The owners are friendly and available. This house is our choice for visits to Medford!

We loved our stay. Four of us stayed at the house and we had my son, his girlfriend, and her family over for Thanksgiving pizza and pasta. It was such a wonderful place for that. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and talk. One child six years old was there and he found plenty to do since the house has toys for kids. The house has EVERYTHING you need and want. It is very clean and nicely furnished. It was decorated for the season which we thought was a very thoughtful gesture. I wouldn't think twice about staying here again. We had a wonderful, carefree, and problem free stay.

We loved this home! My husband I were in town to visit my elderly mother and to take care of some business. We wanted a quiet place to come home to at night where we could unwind and get a good night's sleep. This home was perfect! We were so comfortable. The house has everything you could possibly need, excellent wifi and tv, the kitchen is well stocked (just go buy your own groceries), it is tastefully decorated yet has a relaxed vibe. Next time we come to town, we hope to stay here again. We loved it!

The house was very clean. Well stocked pantry as well as lots of cooking supplies. Grandkids did a sleep over and begged for a second night. Lots of games and movies which helped because we had rain off and on. Would definitely stay there again.

It was exactly as listed. Excellent place for family dinners. Lots of space in the living, dining, and kitchen. The backyard was very well landscaped and lots of outdoor sitting space. We had a great time

The house had just about everything you could think of. There were games, plenty of those pantry items that you need for cooking, lots of towels, and extra blankets and pillows. The back yard was a great place to relax and enjoy the outside. It's in a very nice neighborhood and was close to all the places we needed to access for our week in Medford. The owner was easy to contact and they were very thoughtful and left us a gift upon arrival.

You walk in to a fresh clean and clean smelling home with more amenities than my own home! The kitchen is stocked with all basics and more. This home has extra blankets and towels, toys in the entry closet, and warm hospitality. We took long stroller walks in the lovely safe neighborhood. We want to book this home again.

The house is perfect! Wonderful home away from home.

When we arrived the floors were dusty and the bathrooms were kind of dirty. The wifi was also very spotty throughout the stay. The TV was an OK size but not a lot of towels provided either. But the backyard was big and nice, and the couches were comfy with lots of blankets provided.

Surprisingly quiet for being so close to Medford. Peaceful and safe neighborhood. The house was very clean.

Cute,Quite,Cozy .. accommodating space

My sister is wheelchair bound, so we appreciated how much space there is around the furniture and in the rooms. This property is not listed as wheelchair accessible, but with a portable ramp the steps are easily surmounted. The manager was available and responsive to communication. For us and the reason we were in Medford, we found the property was close to every place we needed to be. Our only complaint is that there was an intense marijuana odor in the house. We appreciate the attempt to address the problem with scented plug-in air fresheners, but it did not help. Thanks for the cookies!

Everything was well laid out and as advertised. Actually better than advertised. Carol was quick to answer my questions. The house is very large, open and spacious. The kitchen is large and well stocked. The exterior grounds are beautiful and everything is thoughtfully decorated. I definitely enjoyed staying here. Check in/check out was a snap and everything worked very well for my stay. The only thing that I could see being an issue for some folks is that the laundry soap used on the sheets is scented. Which is a fairly common skin irritant. Thank you again Carol!
