Il nostro appartamento con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni è situato nel condominio Colonial Seas a Saulsbury St. Vicino a tutto - 22 passi dalla spiaggia (il mio preferito personale!), Starboard e Dewey Beer Co. all'angolo, a 2 minuti a piedi da Woody's per il miglior sandwich di torta di granchio! Prendi il carrello Jolly per un giro di 5 minuti fino al lungomare di Rehoboth Beach, vita notturna, ristoranti e attrazioni.
Luminoso e aperto con ripiani in granito, frigorifero e piano cottura, forno a microonde e lavatrice e asciugatrice. Due bagni completi - uno con vasca. Due camere da letto a tema super carino sulla spiaggia (con armadi e cassettiere) e una con accesso ad una terrazza comune con vista sull'oceano. Goditi l'ampio patio privato fuori dal soggiorno per mangiare all'aperto, un bicchiere di vino o semplicemente per rilassarti e ascoltare le onde.
La comunità condominiale offre spazio esterno con sedie Adirondack dove è possibile ascoltare l'oceano dalle dune, allestire una partita a buche di mais o portare a spasso il cane. Convenientemente, c'è una doccia esterna pulita e spaziosa proprio accanto all'ingresso posteriore del condominio. Grill a gas fornito anche.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Its a small place, but just the right size for four or fewer people. The location is perfect for getting to the beach whenever you want. Also, its a short walk to many of the restaurants in town.

Overall a great location; wonderful to walk to the beach and to actually hear the ocean at night (except one night we needed the air cond. due to heat and the noise when the crowd of noisy people arrived Friday, our last night. Might not do any good bur people should be reminded that after 10 pm, some people migt want to relax and sleep--- not YELL, scream, play loud music and let their dogs bark loudly. Even w/the air conditioner, we couldn't get to sleep until 3:30 a.m.
Everything was clean and comfortable.
2 problems: The coffeepot leaked and created a mess for me to clean.(The host promptly sent a new one) The freezer didn't freeze so no ice; when we got a bag of ice it melted and made more cleanup necessary. I brought therapeutic ice packs due to back pain but couldn't freeze them. This was unacceptable; this refrigerator should have been replaced because even the fridge part wasn't cold enough to safely keep food.
(The host also promptly sent sheets and towels when 2 relatives came to spend one night.)
I knew that bedrooms were on the second floor but wasn't expecting such treacherous, backless, creaky steps; carpet treads would have helped. If you know renters are seniors, they should be warned of the risk.

Perfect stay and location for 3 people and our dogs! Being steps from the beach with reserved parking was amazing and made even this short trip memorable. The condo is cute, comfortable and clean and was perfect for our needs. Having two bathrooms is nice as well. Definitely recommend this to other couples or small groups!!

Having access to the beach this close was perfect. One minute walk and you’re feet are in the sand. No need to cross busy streets, no traffic. You can walk to restaurants 1 block down. I will definitely consider staying here again.

This property is steps from the beach. There is a beach view from the upper shared balcony. The unit has a cute beachy theme and is well stocked with necessary supplies (paper towels, TP, dish detergent, laundry detergent...). We had 3 adults and dogs and it was appropriately sized. This space would definitely be too small for more than 4 adults. We loved the location so near to the beach and many restaurants. The host, Jenny, was very responsive. We would love to stay in this location again!

Overall a nice little place to stay. It was clean and functional. Really close to the beach and we had 2 parking spaces available for us. My family was very happy with our stay. Really, my only criticism was that the upstairs door to the outside would get stuck and was hard to close, likely because of the salty air. Other than that, everything was great and we would definitely use this place again.

We had a wonderful time! Excellent restaurants were within walking distance (as was ice cream...to our son, a huge hit!). The beach was perfect.

Very nice condo in a perfect location. One block away from a brewery, multiple restaurants, and even closer to the beach. Being right next to the beach is definitely a game changer, my car stayed parked the whole stay. The condo was a perfect place to recharge and cool down when you wanted to take a break from the beach. The AC on both floors was extremely cold, so don't worry about sweating. The owner was very responsive if you had any questions, would not hesitate to stay here again.

This place is excellent for a small group of friends or family. Super convenient location! Steps to the beach. 2 minute walk to starboard. Jenny was an excellent host! She was able to quickly assist with check-in questions we had. Would definitely recommend this place and we’ll be back!

No fault of the owner, the weather was so bad. I mean really bad.
The place was a little small than we thought, we saw the pictures, but it is small. The location was great, we ate at Woody's around the corner and the food was great. We didn't have to take the car. If the weather would have been great, it would have been a good time. It seemed the toilet made noise, such as venting, not sure what that was all about.
The code to get in didn't work on front door. Perhaps weather got to it.

We loved our moms trip getaway! Steps away from the beach and also walking distance to shops and restaurants! The owner was very easy to work with friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the property for 3 nights to ring in the New Year and it was perfect! Walking distance to the beach and the local community. I brought my two small dogs and they instantly felt right at home. We had some noisy neighbors, but even that could not put a damper on the amazing time we had.

We stayed with 2 kids. House had enough room for the 4 of us. More than that might be tight though 2 bathrooms were nice. Best part is the location. I barely even wore shoes. Beach entrance was only a few steps from. The front door. Many places to eat within walking distance.

The condo is a tight fit with a family of 4 and a dog but it is doable for a weekend. Beware of the thin walls and hope that you do not have loud neighbors. The living room and dining room to Unit 6 is on the other side of the two bed rooms to this Unit. The condo is cozy with all of the essentials that you need but you have to bring your own bed linens and bath towels. The washer and dryer come in handy for cleaning sandy clothes from a day at the beach. You cannot beat the location with steps to the beach and many restaurants and shops around the corners. You don't have to drive anywhere if you don't want to! The only view of the ocean from the Unit is a balcony off the master bedroom and a deck off the kitchen that are both shared with the other Units. If you catch the sunrise with coffee in the morning you might have some privacy!
