Above all it's over expensive for such a small house.

Apartment location was perfect to feel Paris - Eiffel, boulengaries, local shops, restaurants, grocery shop, nice district and bus/metro in 5-7 minute distance
Apartment size was enough for 2 adults with 2 kids to prepare food, rest and oversleep. Kitchen is small but quiet well equiped
And not less important that Gary was responsive and friendly

it’s in the lovely old tenement located just 5 minutes (walk) from Trocadero with it’s metro station - Great place to start every trip in Paris

Very well situated flat near the Eiffel tower. Nice neigbourhood.
The flat was a bit small for four people.

Located on a quiet street, but still close enough to restaurants, grocery stores and metro station. I was surprised how close we were to the Eiffel Tower. Nice little apartment for a great price.

Very nice, pleasant location. Owner was extremely helpful and friendly, check in/out was very easy. Bed was very cosy too!

I had an excellent staying, all was perfect from the reservation until the check-out. The location is top, the apartment is very very comfortable at real bohemian residence, also the apartment is well equipped, very clean, stylish! I definitely recommend it! I hope I will comeback in Paris and stay here!

The apartment is in a very nice neighbourhood and close to everything. It would be great if the owners/managers prepared some sort of small apartment manual with some details of the heating/hot water/restaurants near by/shops near by etc. There were works of the whole apartment building going on throughout our stay, which was somehow unpleasant, but luckily we were gone most of the day, so we didn't hear a sound - it would be nicer if we were told this in the welcome letter before checking in. But all in all, we will be back.
