Location and how clean it was

Very small with no storage for clothes but otherwise really nice

Apartment was in a great location for Sacre Coeur. (Though quite difficult to find at night.) Comfortable and clean with a good shower and facilities. However the room and bed layout was not quite as described in the write up that needs correcting. Would be great for a couple and 2 kids.

Rather smaller room than it looked on the photos. Shouldn't really be offered as an option for 4 adults.

The property was comfortable to live in & we felt safe as a family especially when we leave our stuff behind when we are out.

1) Breakfast wasn’t part of the deal 2) The bed in the small room wasn’t really comfortable. It wasn’t firm enough for my back. 3) To provide pillows instead of cushions for the beds 4) Since its an apartment concept, you don’t get housekeeping services or fresh towels daily

Brilliant location right in the heart of montmartre. Lovely prompt welcome from Claude. The apartment is as described but is small and on the basement level. There are steps down to the flat which we managed ok with a buggy. There’s a security light which flashed on and off during the night so close the shutters (we didn’t work this one out). Main bed is not too comfy and the bedding is a little tired. No window in the bathroom and it has a bit of a damp smell. Overall a good stay but could be improved.

We booked a beautiful looking appartement Matisse for 160 eur per night. Once there we were told that there is a "water problem" in that appartement but we will get a better appartement next door. That apartment smelt bad, had no windows in the kitchen and main room and was furnished like a summer cottage in 70s. We were very disappointed and felt totally betrayed. Do not trust this place!!! We would have never chosen this appartement if we had seen pictures about it.
