This house was awesome! It was full of charm and a kid’s dream! It was stocked with everything we needed and things we didn’t even know we needed. The kids had a blast and the neighborhood was adorable. It was close to everything and we fully expect to come back again!

This house was perfect for our family. It was located in a great neighborhood and close to downtown. Our kids really enjoyed the art room, swings, and roasting s'mores over the fire. The welcome basket from our host was so thoughtful with local goodies. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Opening the door, we recognized the scene from the website. House was more spacious than it appeared on line. Back yard was perfect for nighttime bonfires. Kitchen had everything you could have wanted from large refrigerator to spices and ingredients. The welcome basket was unexpected and wonderful. Totally recommend this location- from the property to the owner. Loved it!

We had a wonderful 5-day vacation at Michael's place in Kennebunkport. Michael was attentive to all questions before and during the visit. And he left a welcome basket of goodies that was much appreciated after a long drive. The house is great for kids - the art room lives up to the hype, the monkey bars in the playroom were a hit, and a little pond a few feet from the house provided lots of entertainment. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with chipmunks and frogs as an extra bonus! Everything was neatly organized, accessible and easy to find in the house. Extremely comfortable beds and all the kitchen stuff you need to make lobster and more! We loved using the fire pit to roast marshmallows for s'mores. The walk from the house to downtown Kennebunkport was about 20-25 min, and the kids enjoyed it the handful of times we did it. We'd definitely come back. Thank you, Michael and family, for a memorable stay!

Michael put a lot of taught into everything at the house. Items were labeled, extra supplies were provided for any age/situation, and the marshmallows, roasting sticks, and fire spit were a hit with the kids. The kids also loved the bunk beds, swinging and making crafts for hours in the craft/home school room. The neighborhood was quiet and close to town and the beach. House was spotless. Mother’s Beach was close and perfect for children with a playground.
Great visit. Only suggestion would be pillow topper for beds, as everyone thought they were very hard.

The house was well equipped and in a good location! The outdoor space was great, and the hosts had many thoughtful touches including fluffy towels, a welcome basket, and snacks. My husband and I walked to and from town, it was a nice pleasant walk but not one my parents or young children might be able to do. The house itself had some cobwebs throughout (which must be hard to avoid being in the woods in Maine). Overall great experience and we would definitely stay again!

Perfect family vacation home
We have just spent a wonderful week’s holiday in Kennebunk Port while staying in this lovely family friendly home.
The fully equipped craft room was the biggest hit for the kids and supplied them with hours of creative fun.
There was more than enough room inside an out for our group of seven to enjoy together times and quiet alone times.
Our host Michael went over and above what one would normally expect in ensuring we had everything needed to have a safe and very fun holiday.

Very nice place
This a beautiful house, that include everything you could possibly need and is exceptionally clean. They obviously like and welcome children. There were toys a cute art room and a big yard. All the beach equipment you could need.
It’s an easy drive to town or the beach. Away from traffic in a quiet, safe neighborhood.
Two things people should be aware of. Both sets of stairs are quite steep. Not a problem, just shocking at first because not kid friendly.
Also the one bathroom upstairs is shared with 3 bedrooms. This can be a bit awkward unless you’re all family.
Overall, though, it was an excellent place to stay and a beautiful house. We would definitely stay again if we make it back to Kennebunk Port.

The Perfect Family Vacation
This place was ideal for our family vacation. It was perfect for our 2 children with plenty to do inside and outside and made us all feel like it was a home away from home. Everything was so clean, organized, comfortable, easy, and the place was better stocked than any other VRBO place we had stayed before. It made for the perfect family vacation and couldn't imagine a better experience.

A great home helped to make it a great vacation!
Time away with kids and grandkids was the best! Made even better thanks to a wonderful home with attentive owners who thought of everything we may need or want! Not far from town and beaches where we spent lots of time. But also nice to have the private time at “home”. The craft room was a big hit? And anything we thought we needed was there! Thanks for letting us share your home for a week. You may hear from us again!

Cool house
The house is very cool and is as advertised. 3 beds/1 bath upstairs. 1 bed/1bath downstairs. Great kitchen. 20 minute walk to downtown on semi-busy road with no sidewalk for most of the walk. 5 minute car ride to downtown. Cool house and lots of fun stuff for kids.

Amazing Family Friendly Rental and Location
Our family of 6 absolutely loved this rental. The hosts were incredibly generous with lots of little details (e.g. supplies, candy, gift basket) that made the home feel very welcoming. And, Michael was always ready to help with any questions we had before the trip. I can’t recommend this place enough and I know we are hoping to return someday.

Beautiful property
We loved our stay in Kennebunkport, ME and the property was an ideal location for our large family. The property was completely stocked with everything you could think of and/or need, with tons of activities for the kids. My two small children loved the craft room and enjoyed painting the rocks and seashells that were provided for them. The only suggestion I have (and we could have missed them) is to perhaps have gates for the stairs -- we have two small kids and both sets of stairs are very steep. Otherwise, the house and location were perfect! Thanks for letting us stay and enjoy the beautiful Maine weather!

Perfect Beach Getaway
This house was perfect for our family weekend away. Michael was very responsive throughout the entire process from booking through checkout. The house is in very close proximity to the center of town and a short drive to the beach. The gift basket left by Michael and his wife was a very nice welcome and the house is extremely clean and organized. Looking forward to another stay there for our annual trip.

Great place for children. Beautiful backyard and very private.
We had an excellent visit in good family time. The location is great for getting to the town and beaches. My only negative was the condition of the carpet. I feel the owner probably needs to replace it as there are stains and it is worn out. Great stay overall. Kitchen very well equipped.

They thought of everything!
This was our 1st experience renting through VRBO and the level of small details is unmatched. Greeting basket, ingredients for cookies/baking, things for s’mores, the endless supplies in the children’s craft room, popcorn machine, free movies, outdoor fire pit, swing set for the kids, beach toys, I could go on and on, this place had it all. Every thing was labeled for easy identification. They had extra everything, just in case like toothbrushes, band aids, you name it. This place was fantastic, and perfect for our group of adults and kids. The owner was really responsive and easy to work with. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. If you have small kids in your group, look no further, this is it!

Relaxing stay in comfortable and well equipped house.
We just returned from this house at the weekend. This house worked out very well for our two families of four. It was well maintained and very clean. Extremely well appointed and we were made to feel very welcome by the owner Michael. He was very quick to respond to our questions. We were a short drive to beaches and Michael told us of a short cut through a school field to walk to town. It took us approximately 15 mins and it was a pleasant walk. We are very used to walking, others who have little ones or the elderly may find it a long walk, it was easy for our families and there are sidewalks most of the way. We enjoyed the backyard,, grill and fire pit at night. Great restaurants close by for the best lobster ever! Wonderful stay! We would love to visit again and would not hesitate to book the same house.

Amazing Family Vacation
We just got home and are trying to figure out dates for next year! Michael was extremely responsive in advance of our stay and I can honestly say, you truly only need to bring your clothes. We were there with our three kids, the youngest of which just turned 2, and the house was equipped with absolutely everything! Thank you for a fantastic family vacation (not a trip :)) We’ll be back!!!

Would recommend!
Pleasantly surprised at how well equipped the house is. Everything any cook could need and appreciated that all cleaning supplies were nontoxic and natural products, low to no scents. We had 8 adults and 1 baby but if you have little kids the place really is great- lots of books, back yard equipment and we made great use of the CRAFT ROOM!! Paint and sip! Recommend.

PERFECT home for families!
Can not say enough wonderful things about this home and the owners. Upon arrival we had the sweetest little welcoming basket filled with goodies including supplies for s’mores. The art room was amazing for kids of all ages as well as all the outdoor sports/toys in backyard. The house was equipped with everything you could need for cooking, baking, clean up/storage supplies, books, games, puzzles, etc. One trip to the grocery store and we were set. Beds were very comfortable. Check in/out process was a breeze. The owner was very helpful with local restaurant recommendations, activities, etc. before our arrival and once we arrived it was great to have a notebook with local recommendations. It was our first trip to Maine and certainly not our last. This house was everything we needed for our families with children ages 4-16. Thank you for a memorable week!

Great Place to Stay!
We stayed at this property for 5 days. It was great! They had everything you could think of stocked for us ( we brought way too much with us that we didn’t have too, bc it was supplied for us). All you really need is your clothes and your food for the week. It’s within driving distance of anything you could need, walking or biking distance to Dock Square, Walkers Point, etc. Would definitely recommend staying here. Communication with the owners was also great!

Awesome home for families in a quiet neighborhood.
We had a great stay! We have two little ones (4 and 7) and they loved everything about the home. There were bunk beds and toys and art supplies. My husband and I liked this property as well, as the owners go above and beyond to ensure you have a good stay. They left us a fantastic gift basket and communicated with us quickly. They even let us check in a bit early since the place was ready.
The beds were comfy. We had fun walking around the small neighborhood. The property is very well organized and has EVERYTHING you could need. It is a very short drive to downtown and to the beaches. (It’s also an easy walk to downtown but there aren’t sidewalks the entire way, which isn’t the best for our littlest one.). The A/C units worked well and the WiFi was fast.

Well-Located Rental - GREAT for Families
This is a very well-located rental in Kennebunkport that is perfect for 1-2 families. It's just outside the crazy traffic and "hustle and bustle" of downtown Kennebunkport and close enough to get just about anywhere in town in 10 minutes or less. We even walked to dinner at Alisson's and also Hurricane from the house (about a 20 minute walk) and it was just 5 minutes away from Colony Beach using back roads. Lots of personal owner touches here - this house was very well-equipped. Our kids LOVED the art studio off the kitchen and wished they could have sketched there longer. Thanks, Stack family, for the hospitality!

Great for making lifelong memories
We were thrilled to arrive at the property to relive memories of the Ogunquit area and to make new memories...and that we did. The property location is close to Dock Square in Kennebunkport and accommodated us well ...and was certainly stocked with everything we needed to make our stay an enjoyable one. The owner was very responsive to our questions in the pre-packing stage, and it was great to know we didn't have to pack nearly the things we thought we would have. They have thought of everything! There was also a thoughtful gift basket waiting upon our arrival. We had ten adults, which was a tight fit given some of the twin beds, but we made it work. Two of the rooms did not have closets but dressers were provided. The upstairs master does not have air conditioning but a portable cooling unit is nearby. If I had to point out one thing, it would just be to note in the property description that both staircases to the upper level are spiral and somewhat steep, so it would difficult for perhaps an older person to navigate. Luckily there is a first floor bedroom with adjacent bath. Highly recommended for families that want a family-friendly home in a good location, with no worries about comfort or amenities. Beautiful home. The beds were very comfortable and the place was clean. My kids loved using the sports equipment in the backyard.

The property was outstanding. Everyone loved it.
Micheal was very easy to work with and very responsive to questions/problems. Air conditioners in all bedrooms were nice given the hot weather. Very nice fire pit/sitting area in back. The location is perfect for going to dock square, Walker's point, Goose Rocks beach. We highly recommend this property.

Fantastic house, lovely location and incredible super hosts!
We had an incredible stay in Kennebunkport & the house was thoughtfully organized & decorated for a family to relax and unwind! The art room was amazing and inspiring. My 9 year old son put away his video games and took to Maine artwork while we stayed at the house. There was a thoughtful gift basket that awaited our arrival and the hosts were welcoming. We’d love to come back again. A real jewel!

We had such a great vacation here. The house is in a peaceful neighborhood on a safe street for kids. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for our family of 5. We all loved the thoughtful welcome basket. Very comfortable and clean house. Close to great beaches and town!
