Very friendly staff, excellent bed

Friendly staff and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good and is highly recommended.

I like how quiet the place is and the distance between to the shopping center.

They provided portable light due to loadshedding.
Bed and shower were in good condition
No plan in place for loadsheding. They later started the generator and my room was next to it. That generator was for lights only. Could not charge the cellphone.

No hot water. The only thing I wanted after a long day and stressful trip.
Got up atc3am to shower before next liadshedding and the water remained cold.
Very bad coffee in a jar.
TV option - poor quality and nothing to watch, if I knew I wold have brought my tablet.
Tv not connected to generator so during 2hr loadshedding was left in darkness with a portable lamp and no tv.
Had 2 question on booking.com re meals was never answered.
On booking.com it states cash payment only. On arrival I was told to give exact cash they .do not have change, else I must wait until after 8am. I was leaving at 6h30.
I had to sit there battling to set up eft pmt on my phone.

Their terms and conditions of booking, if booked for one person it means you must be one , nothing more, somehow I found it weird, cos I had to pay extra for my partner

I liked that it was quiet and comfortable, I caught up on my work with no disturbance.
Only when the power goes off during load shedding, I had to use a candle which was provided. It was not nice going through my books with candlelight.

Although we arrived late, we received a friendly welcome. Room was beautiful, facilities great. Would recommend when visiting Fochville.
