Lovely condo. Next to stairwell so very easy and quick to get down to the beach. Carol was very responsive and the perfect host!

The view is definitely the best part of the condo. The main floor was great for our party of five, but the upstairs was a little tight. The place was clean on the surface, but it could stand a good deep cleaning and a bit of basic maintenance. Getting to the beach was super easy, but don’t bring bikes. There really isn’t any place to ride. Again, the views were unmatched, and we loved waking up to the sight of the ocean every day!!!

Great condo to stay in, we had stayed several times when our children were little in the same condo and are now bringing our grandchildren. They are saying they want to come back and stay in the same condo. Good location, and the view is great. Carol was responsive to any questions we had.

We have been staying at Pinnacle Port for 17 years and we love it. Carol made it our best trip yet! The condo is newly renovated and has a great view. We will be staying at this condo every chance we get!

We loved our stay at Pinocle Point. This was our third stay at Carol’s property. The property is in a great location with Pier Park only a few miles away. The propriety was clean and had everything we needed. Carol is great to work with. We hope to continue to visit again next year.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The owners were very nice and helpful. Carol was quick the respond to any questions that I had. The condo was exactly as described! We would absolutely stay here again!!

Our third stay in the building. This by far was the best unit. Top of the line appliances, decor was great. A bit of wear and tear on the furniture but that is expected in a rental. Great communication. Will stay here again.

Condo is a little smaller than the pictures appear, but met our needs. Some of the living room furniture is a little worn or stained, but not so bad you couldn’t use it. The biggest issue we had was the A/C was out about half the week (4 days), however it wasn’t just our condo. Apparently it was the entire complex. Therefore those few days were miserable due to that reason. The owner, Carol, was very nice and apologetic about it, however it was completely out of her hands. She did all she could by offering to refund us if we left early or refund us for the days the air was out if we stayed. We chose to stay as we were there to have fun and just made the best of it. Overall nice place, great pool and access to the beach. Not far from shops and restaurants.

Carols home was gorgeous and the location of to the beach could not have been better! 3 floors was absolutely manageable even with dragging 2 kids under 3! The only complaint was the amount of sand we found on the floor. Carol offered to have the cleaning company back out but we were already outside and unpacked so we used the broom in the room and knew more sand would be drug in anyways! We appreciated her response when addressing the situation and would definitely stay again!

We had a great time at this rental property! A wonderful setup with 3 bedrooms and a great view. We had 3 adults, 2 toddlers and 1 infant. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay!!! The condo was on the third floor next to the stairs so we hardly had to use the elevator to and from the beach. It was much nicer than the previous condo we stayed at in Pinnacle Port. Carol was quick to respond anytime we had a question. Check in was easy. If we go back to Pinnacle Port this will be the condo we book.

We had a FIVE STAR experience. From connecting to our host Carol prior and after checking in, to a comfortable stay, ease of checking in and out, all great. First thing, I look for in choosing a vacation rental are great reviews. Generally, you cannot go wrong with those offering 5 stars. Every now and then you have a hiccup during your stay but you will find more times than not those are out of the owners control. This vacation rental did not disappoint. Probably one of the best vacations I have been on with VRBO yet. Pinnacle Port is hands down great for couples or young families. If you are looking for party time then you should look towards the heart of PCB or Destin. We rented unit A323 in The Towers during the middle of May 2022. Our unit had a soothing, beachy vibe with comfortable furnishings along with great views of the ocean and lake. This place checked all our boxes. However, we should have stayed longer than our 6 days to fully experience everything this place has to offer. Pinnacle Port’s beaches were well kept during our stay with beautiful emerald water, also a well maintained warm pool. There were lots of families with children during our stay, so very kid friendly. One night the resort had a cartoon movie night around the pool area. Also there was a little cafe to get snacks and refreshments around the larger pool. We love it when owners leave a local look book at things to do and eats in the area but this unit did not have one. Not a deal breaker though just a recommendation. We found many places close but not within close walking distance. We had pizza at Bubba’s, seafood at Sharky’s and Pineapple Willy’s, burgers at Red Robin to name a few but so many other options available. We did cook several meals at the condo and it worked out great with the units kitchen ware. If you do cook remember to bring your staples; including foil, laundry detergent, kitchen baggies and garbage bags, extra paper towels, toilet and nose tissue, especially if you have a large family. There are several grocery stores near by or a Walmart about 20 minutes away. Our family of 6 had a wonderful time and most definitely looking forward to visiting again.

We have been visiting pinnacle port since 1997 and this is the most beautiful property we have ever stayed at. Incredible remodel of the entire unit! Wonderful communication with the host and VRBO.

We had a great time at this property. Convenient location is secluded from the busy areas of town but close to everything. Condo is steps to the beach and the property is well cared.

The unit was clean and well maintained. Every bedroom had a view of the beach and it was beautiful. The building was quiet and within a gated community. There were play grounds for the kids and a pool that was partially covered so the kids could play even if it was raining. There were two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. The downstairs bedroom had a big walk in closet that the pack n play fit in nicely so we were able to used it for the baby to sleep in next to the bed. This way the 2.5 year old could sleep up stairs and we didn't have to struggle to get the two kids to sleep in the same bedroom. The owner was very nice and communicated well with us. We'd definitely go back for another vacation in this unit!

The unit was perfect for my family of 7. Carol was easygoing and super helpful. Location was amazing. Favorite vacation destination thus far!!

Property was great. The condo was right on the beach and had great ammenities, multiple pools, tennis courts amazing views from both balconies. I def. Recommend this rental.
