We Love this house, many reasons: the owner is wonderful, and very responsive.
the house is perfect for our family, the dining area is 2 large round tables that is perfect for our family.
the house is always clean and neat, and close (walking distance) to downtown for shopping and eating, and so many hikes.
Close by, driving, for some fun in the water! We would recommend this house to everyone.

Vacation for whole family. 10 adults and 7 children. PLENTY of room for all. Close to all attractions. Katie is an amazingly attentive host. The built in baby gates and all baby supplies made the trip so much more relaxing. We will go back for sure!

Katie was extremely responsive and accommodating of our group. The house was in a great location for a ski trip and access to down town. The game room basement was a hit! Plenty of room for a group of adults. Definitely recommend!

This place was perfect. We had meals and played games together. But everyone had their own bedroom. Close to town. Katie the host was super nice!! We loved it there. Bonus, one morning we saw a Momma Bear and her cub.

Katie is absolutely amazing. Being our first time going to a VRBO we naturally were a little nervous however, Katie was truly amazing. She answered so many questions i had without any hesitation. She made our stay so memorable. And we will be doing more VRBOs in our future.

Katie was a fabulous host , very responsive. The space was great , there were 18 of us and we never felt crowded. It is absolutely perfect for a large family, even with the little ones crawling around. There was everything we needed for the babies as well.

The property was exactly as listed. The house was very clean when we arrived. We had plenty of space for our large family group. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen, supplies were easy to find. We would definetly rent from this owner again. Very friendly easy to work with. All of us had a great time exploring NH and visiting with family. Thank you!

We had a great time. The property was in a great location close to all kinds of shops, restaurants and White Mtn activities. Many an evening was spent in the game room with pool, air hockey and boss toss tournaments. The owners were wonderful, very easy to get ahold of for any questions or problems we ran into. We would definitely rent the property again.

Our LARGE family likes to do one vacations year together. The group includes the grandpa and grandma, four of their unmarried adult children, their daughter—her husband and three boys (ages 1-4) myself, my husband and our two children( 4 month old and 3 year old. So Lots of people, lots of age ranges!
The house had tons of space and never felt like we were encroaching on each other. The basement was packed full of fun games. We had a blast hanging out down there. We loved that the kitchen was very well equipped as we don’t eat out much, but if we did there were many restaurants near by. The location can’t be beat! We enjoyed being central to hiking, biking, plenty of swimming options, and playgrounds. Highly recommend for a group stay! We would love to come back in the winter as I’m sure it’s a great spot to end your ski day with the fire place and sauna.

We have a small senior class and booked this property to be close to shopping and a day trip into Boston. We loved the location. Settlers Green, lots of restaurants and hiking. Katie was terrific to work with and even provided a special gift for each senior as a momento of their trip.

Katie and Tony's property was a great stay! They left us a nice gift surprise for us and everything was as described. The games downstairs were fantastic, the fireplace was cozy and there were plenty of beds for everyone. It's near all the amenities and there were great views of the mountains from a short walk. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

I rented this property for a long weekend with my Adult children and grandchildren. The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.. The game room was amazing for kids and adults. The mountain was close by for an afternoon of snow tubing, where they kids had a blast. It was exactly what we where looking for a homey cabin like feel with room for all . We played games, enjoyed amazing food we ordered ahead at Joseph’s Spagehetti Shack, and enjoyed the quality time we had together. Kate was great, friendly and helpful through the whole process. Super fun house! We took full advantage of all of the games in the basement. We used the kitchen (and grill outside) constantly as we cooked in for all of our meals. The house was clean and spacious for our large group. Highly recommend this house if traveling with friends and game lovers. Quick drive to Cranmore and Attitash.

The property is perfectly located next to Mount Cranmore. House is clean and full of entertainment. Bedrooms are decent sized and the property is excellent for accommodating large families or friends. The owners are very helpful and house is well kept. Will be coming back!

This is a great house to host a large group. We recently had 18 of us for a family reunion, and the house was perfect! Great location. The house is very clean and comfortable. The game room was a big hit. Katie went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend renting this home

This home is great for a big group. The location is basically 3-5 minutes from the North Conway strip. There is a bar, pool table, air hockey table, ping pong table, darts, and bean bag wall toss game all located in the basement. You will never be bored if you are spending a day at the house. Highly recommend this home.

This wonderful, clean home housed our large group of friends and kids making a great friends vacation! It is a few minutes to downtown and only 10 minutes from storyland! Plenty to do in the area but if you wanted to relax at the home there is a finished basement/ game room, with bar, for a night escape after the kids have gone to bed. Overall a wonderful stay and the hosts are very sweet and prompt with questions. Thank you!!

Perfect
We loved the home! It’s perfect for a large family and some. Located close to downtown North Conway and a short drive to many spots for swimming and hiking. The owner’s are super responsive, friendly, and helpful! The game room is a big hit for everyone after a day out! The yard and chairs were used every evening, and the dinner tables were just right for us. The house had everything you could want and some. We will definitely recommend the house AND be back for sure. Thanks so much!

The property was amazing! Fit our family perfectly, clean, organized, comfortable and the host communicated well!
Two things that I would change would be more living room seating. Also, the original ad reads Sunday to Sunday we couldn’t check in until 4 and then check out was on Saturday at 10am not Sunday! Which is really early and not a full week.

80th Birthday Celebration/Vacation

Fantastic House for a Golf Weekend!
I host a yearly golf trip and have stayed at many rental homes over the years, but this house was by far the best! The space was perfect, the layout was fun and creative, my friends and I had a great time! I will be booking this home again for future trips!

Golf weekend
This house was perfect from the minute we opened the door. Eight golfers we each had our own rooms (priceless). Very clean throughout, located near center of town. Wow what a rec room !!!

Awesome Place!!!
The owners and property are amazing. My Residents had a blast, and the game room was such a hit. We've rented other places and the residents sit in front of the TV's but with this game room they played pool, air hockey, foosball and darts nonstop, most nights i had to suggest they go to bed. We will be back in 2023.

Awesome spot
Traveled with a group of 8 adults for a ski weekend. This property was unlike any other in that it had enough space for us to all have our own bedroom without breaking the bank. Katie's communication was outstanding from booking until check out. We had a little mishap where we accidentally caused some damage in the house and felt really badly about it. We told Katie and she was very understanding.
Location for bars, restaurants, etc could not be beat. We will definitely try to stay again in the future

What a wonderful home to rent for a holiday weekend!
What a wonderful property to rent. Very close to the mountain and to town.
Very spacious , very clean, safety gates for the stairs for the young children- which was great for our 2 year old.
Downstairs family room was a lot of fun for kids and the adults.
The kitchen had all the essentials needed.
Plenty of linens/towels.
Katie the host was most accommodating - very inviting and even gave a great bottle of wine to welcome us! I don’t know many property hosts that do that.
Hoping we can return next January!🙂
