Cottage in legno sulla spiaggia con una camera da letto matrimoniale, bagno privato, aria condizionata a ciclo inverso, ventilatore a soffitto, angolo cottura limitato (senza forno o piastra di cottura), pentola elettrica, frigorifero a due porte, barbecue in comune, ampia zona giorno, TV LCD, lettore DVD, Sistema audio CD, veranda coperta affacciata sull'Oceano Antartico, ponte posteriore con vista sulla campagna e accesso diretto alla nostra spiaggia sabbiosa, rockpools e lagune. Il confine meridionale della nostra proprietà è il potente Oceano Meridionale.

The property is comfortable for a short couples getaway and the views are excellent. We enjoyed the quiet seclusion of the beach and surrounds. Unfortunately the fly screens on double glass doors to the deck were torn in spots which let lots of small insects in if you were trying to enjoy the sea breeze. The kitchenette could use some updating and modernizing.

Fabulous
We had a great stay in Port Fairy for the return of the Folk Festival. What a lovely spot - location was awesome, right on the beach with lots to explore.
The cottage was lovely and clean with all we needed. Thanks Graham.

Terrific location with short, easy access to the beach. Lovely sitting area tucked into the vegetation. Wish it had a cook top and could do with some new cutlery and glassware

Fantastic location facing the the Great Great Ocean Road
Very nice property with great views. Very basic kitchenette and appliances which it's ok for us as we don't plan to cook. Will definitely be back.

Lovely Cottage with a comfortable bed and furniture. Very pleasant decor with all modern working appliances and plumbing. Bedroom ocean view and private beach was beautiful. Only gap was the partial kitchen (microwave but no cook top). Owner was very hospitable and helpful. I would most definitely stay again and for longer.

Stayed night of Dec 24th 2010. Owner was away, but all was very easy to find/enter, and accommodation was idyllic. However, the restaurant in town was a waste of time/money. Our suggestion would be to buy your own food and eat it sat on the balcony whilst watching a sunset to make the most of this beautiful place to stay. The early morning run/walk on the beach on Christmas day was fantastic!
