It was sparkling clean, like new. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

Location fantastic. Parking right outside .10 minute walk into town. Shown to our room which had its own terrace, walk down that to the lovely pool. Its a shared kitchen, which didnt bother use as we ate out. Kitchen was fantastic by the way. Upon walking into town we came across a Festival. We didnt know about. fantastic. We stayed out until 11.00PM dosnt sound late but we had been up since 02.00 to catch our flight from UK to Malaga.

Took a while to realise it was the property. They dont have a name sign outside the property. Apart from that little niggle Nothing to complain about.

Very homey with access to kitchen and other common rooms. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the room was nice. Staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive.

As the hotel is located in a residential neighborhood, there are many kids playing and making noise during the day. There were many dogs barking throughout the night.

Classy and modern house with nice rooms. I'd say better than in the pictures. The pool is very pleasant and the terrace on the ground floor room was a great surprise. Calm ad parking friendly (always in the street in front or just aside).

The air-conditioning is from the ceiling and is tricky to use and super noisy. If you really mind, there are nowhere to hang your towels in the and no soap holder in the shower. But that's really searching small defaults.

modern and well appointed: we liked most everything…If anyone asked, I would tell them this is a very good place especially if you are driving because on street parking is immediately available and location fron center city won’t matter; but be careful because center city streets are very narrow and parking can be a challenge.

Wonderful place. Excellent finale for our trip to Andalusia. It is convenient to park in front of the house. The conditions offered by the hosts are excellent for a longer stay. We will plan our next trip around this area and we will definitely stay longer. Thank you.

we felt a bit uncomfortable- it felt like a show house, everything was provided but all noises echoed through the place. we felt we had to tiptoe through it! It didn’t feel inviting just very empty despite guests.

Everything was perfect. The hostess was extremely helpful and accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage, as our train was leaving in late afternoon. The room was very clean and the shower was amazing! Ronda is wonderful! Definitely recommended.

Everything was thought of! We had access to the kitchen and fridge, pool, multiple sitting areas. Rooms were lovely. The owners were lovely and Daniel even made a reservation at his restaurant for us.

Big communication problems: we do not speak Spanish, they do not speak English. Surprised this has not mentioned before by other reviewers, but it was a big problem for us and took some of the “charm and friendliness” away.Perhaps it would be a good idea for the property to have a guidebook in English, so non Spanish speaking guests can still get some of the experience + a house manual (e.g. what we are allowed to use etc). Location: a bit too far away from Ronda. In hindsight I would rather have stayed within the city, than “this far out”. Plus when booking the “Twin room with private bathroom” be aware that the balcony mentioned is not one you can step out on - as it is a “French balcony”. Which was a little bit disappointing, but the lovely outdoor area made up for it. All of the above leads to a pleasant stay, but due to the expensive price at this property I would rather stay within the city itself.

The house is so beautiful and clean. The place is peaceful. We were so lucky for being alone during the stay and had the entire house. The family lives there and was very nice. It is easy to park the car for free. The kitchen is fully equipped. The swimming pool is awesome. There is no negative point to mention you can go there for sure. We walk to Ronda city center as it is 15min by walk. There are many supermarket near the place. And the room was available in the morning so it was possible to do the check-in earlier.

A bit far from city centre (25 min walk).

This place was beautiful, impeccably clean, modern furnishings, and nice bedding. There was beautiful patio terrace with potted plants, off our bedroom, and had a nice view of the country. Heating worked well. Also, Salvador was a great host, and even drove us to the train station upon our departure, which was just under a mile distance. Only thing to note is that the location is about 2.7 miles to the Puente Nuevo. Not bad if you enjoy walking, as we did. There also appeared to be plenty of parking. Overall, great stay.
