Nice place in a quiet neighborhood where you can walk or bike to a small beach on Lewis Bay. House was clean and well stocked for all of our needs. Nice private backyard with outdoor shower. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice experience. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and also included linens which is something we always needed to bring in previous rental’s we’ve been to. The private beach was only a 5 minute walk and a nice break from the crowds on a hot summer day.

Wonderful stay. No issues at all and the hosts made is turnkey. Plenty of supplies at the home. Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Dish Soap, Laundry Detergent, Towels, and more. Close to both Hyannis and Chattem for shopping and restaurants. Plenty to do, miniature golf, beaches, candy store, grocery stores. Great location and stay.

We had a lovely time at this house. The location is great, and there is walking access to the small private beach. We chose to get a weeks pass to the Yarmouth beaches and headed to Seagull beach most days. The house was VERY WELL stocked. If you are coming from a distance this is a great place, everything was provided. One sort of negative was that there is not a lot of space in the kitchen to put your pantry items. We made it work. The laundry downstairs is nice, basement is very clean. The stairs down can be a little tricky with a laundry basket, but not a big deal. The bunk room would get quite warm at night, but there was an AC window unit as well as the central air, so we kept both on most of the time. There is a fridge/freezer down in the basement which was also great. The backyard space is all fenced in, but it is mostly stone pavers, not a ton of grass. Would stay again!

We've been coming to Lewis Bay neighborhood for 6 years and this was the best house so far! Kids loved the bunk beds and house was 100% as advertised. Garage was great for our bikes and all the sand toys. Looking forward to next year already!

Perfect home, as EVERYTHING needed was there for us. Super clean, beach near by, restaurants, shopping in close proximity. LOVED OUR TRIP!!

This clean and cozy house is centrally located and easy to get to from anywhere near Hyannis, and an easy drive to Sandwich and other parts of the Cape. I don’t know when I’ve stayed in a better-equipped beach house. You will not need to buy toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, kitchen sponges, trash bags, condiments (except black pepper), or anything else except the food you eat, and wood for the fire outside. The kitchen is also equipped with everything you need to cook. The bathroom had lots of little extras like sample size shampoo and toothpaste. Very thoughtful. The beds were comfortable, though space is tight in the second bedroom. The kids LOVED the “bunk room” and especially the adjoining family room with a television. A very good value overall.

House has a nice layout and was pretty well stocked on a quiet corner lot nicely decorated.Only complaint very dusty could use some surface cleanings .

Very good location close to beach. House could have been cleaned a lot better than it was. Microwave wasn’t working and we sent a message and they were very receptive. We lucked out with great weather and it was a great week.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect- we were able to walk to the neighborhood beaches and everything else was a short drive away. This house includes everything you could possibly need for a vacation- especially if you have children. Bed rails, high chair, pack n play, every type of kitchen utensil/cookware, so much beach gear, and large stock of TP and paper towels (came in very handy). We didn’t get to use the backyard much but it is a great space for entertaining! The few things we were not satisfied with: the bunk room was pretty dirty (my husband had to take a broom to remove several cobwebs, spiders, etc.), the floors in the whole house needed a better vacuuming and/or mopping, there is no nightstand or side table/dresser in one of the queen bedrooms (so no surface to put anything down on, just the bed), and the beach umbrella provided was broken so we could not use it. Other than that we would definitely stay here again. The house had everything we needed and we loved the location!

This was our first trip to Cape Cod. With three kids who like to relax at home, we chose this property to give them the chance to spread out. The location was convenient to lots of local activities. The nearby beach was good for playing in the sand with the kids. The home was well maintained and comfortable. With how much it costs to eat out, it was nice to be able to eat some meals there, including grilling. I would highly recommend this property.

We had the best time! The house was completely stocked! The house had beach toys, chairs, umbrella, etc for all outdoor activities. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices, oil, etc and had every utensil, pot, pan you could possibly need. The grill worked great for a bbq night. The fire pit worked wonders for a night of s’mores! Highly recommend. Definitely had a fantastic week and can’t wait to stay here again!

Although the weather was not great, the house was amazing. Plenty of room for 6 adults and very comfortable.

We had a fun time at Michaela's house in West Yarmouth. The house is as advertised and quite spacious. Within 5 mins walk, you can get nice access to the beach. The only thing that I will mention is, first, that the additional room with the bunk bed and additional twin bed is located at a different section of the house--so it proved somewhat challenging for us who planned to put our toddler kids to sleep there. But in the end, after we tried it out for one night, it proved fine for us--our kids were able to walk at night to find us when needed. Overall a nice experience. We'd be happy to stay again. Thank you!

My family & I LOVED this place. Our Kiddos don't go many places & this was the perfect place to bring them. Nice & Quiet the peace of mind we ALL needed!!We have to go back when in the summer so my little fishes could swim!!!

Went with my family to celebrate our parents anniversary we all loved the house amazing comfortable home. We felt like we were home. We definitely enjoyed and hope to be back in the summer.

We enjoyed the house, which had everything we needed and was walking distance through a quiet neighborhood to the beach. Restaurants, shops and activities all a short drive away. Clear and quick communication with the property owners.

We enjoyed our stay in West Yarmouth, and the property is in a great location close to several nice beaches (and provides a relatively central home base to get to other hamlets and beaches all over the Cape within an hour or less). The property owners were also incredibly nice and very responsive! And the house had most everything we needed, including towels, linens, beach towels, and even some travel toiletries and hand sanitizer / masks for guests to use. Our favorite part of the property was the backyard, complete with a granite patio with a lovely pergola, grill, wooden bench swing, table and chairs, chiminea / fire pit, and two loungers (not the nice ones with the white cushions shown in one of the photos, though, but rather two older, canvas loungers). There is also a nice outdoor shower, though we didn't use it. Loved the outdoor space! There is a W/D in the basement and central AC, so it checked all our boxes. The only reason I deducted a star is because of a few issues that were more likely due to the cleaning service -- for example, there were no trash bags in the trash cans, we had to hunt for hand towels instead of them being in the bathrooms, and the kitchen table was pretty dirty, with sand / dirt all over the surface. The bathtub in the master bath also looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while, with some dirt and debris in it. We also had to deal with several bugs in the house, but that's likely just a matter of being in a beach house. You'll also need to buy your own wood if you plan to use the fire pit, and I recommend buying your own toilet paper as well (the TP provided was the worst my husband and I have ever used; my husband called it "half-ply"). If you need washcloths, you'll also need to bring those, as only hand towels and bath towels are provided (plus beach towels). There's also only one real table in the living room (the thing in the center is like a giant ottomon), so there aren't convenient places to put down drinks or whatnot. Other than those few things, it's a great and convenient house!

The house was clean and welcoming. The property can accommodate a large group of people. The kitchen with its island is friendly. She is very well equipped, and even what you do not think is there. The owners respond quickly to requests. We had a pleasant stay.

This house was perfect for our two week stay. It was very clean and spacious and very well equipped with all of the things needed when away from home. Tons of linens and kitchen supplies. It is literally 2 blocks away from a beautiful private bay beach which we spent a lot of time on. The backyard has a huge patio with grill, table for 6+, fire pit and large side yard great for games. We will definitely stay here again and would for sure recommend this home to our friends and family.

Spacious home with all amenities utilities. The patio / backyard was awesome. Kids had a fun time running around while adults bbqd!

We just enjoyed a lovely Labor Day weekend at this house. It's quaint, clean, and comfortable. We stayed with 4 adults and 4 little kids and the house was a perfect size. The kids had their own bunk room which they loved. The patio is a dream - we grilled food and made fires in the evenings and it was very relaxing. The house provides towels, linens, and beach stuff (beach towels, chairs, umbrella, even a kayak). There is a little association beach that you can walk to in 5 minutes. Seagull Beach is a 6 minute drive. The main drag is just up the road and has everything you need. We didn't leave a 5-mile radius from the house since we had everything right there. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! Plenty of sleeping options, with 3 Bedrooms & pull out couches in both living rooms, plus 4 TV's. There is a new bathroom w/ double shower heads, jacuzzi, etc. The large outdoor shower was spacious. The patio was great for entertaining w/ a large table, chairs, lighting, firestand, grill, etc. We enjoyed the open floorplan inside the home. Having children, it's easier to watch them. The home had a playpen, removeable bedrails, kitchen supplies for children & the fireplace was baby proof! The home is cozy & has a beachy theme. It was great having the towels & linens supplied!! And there's a washer & dryer if needed. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for walking and/or running. I run with a jogging stroller & love running up Seagull Ave to the Public Beach which has a beautiful views, sidewalks, and close to the home. If you are a walker, it will take about 20 min walk to the public beach but the drive is only a couple minutes. You can walk or run to the Main Road which has everything you can think of from restaurants, CVS, Dunkin Donuts, Gas Stations, Shops, Stop & Shop, Mini Golf, Arcades, ice cream/candy shops, a very fun water Park, etc. The drive to the main road is only a min. or so. We go to Mayflower Beach (Our favorite!) in Dennis (Must get there no later than 8:45 to get parking) & it's about a 15-20 minute drive from the home, but we prefer to stay in West Yarmouth vs Dennis b/c of the easy accessibility to this particular Main Road. The home in only 10 minutes from Hyannis which has Malls, Whale Watching, Starbucks, Movies, etc. The home has a kayak & there's a small private beach that is walking distance (a couple minutes). The home has a security system which is an added bonus. When you arrive, you are given a code to enter the home vs a key which we loved! There is a helpful binder w/ key attractions, favorite restaurants, things to do, etc. And very easy instructions on what to do before check out. We received an email a couple days before our stay that notified us about check in time, access into home, directions, contact info. if anything should arise, etc. The stay at this home was fantastic, especially with a Family! We truly enjoyed our stay!

This house was perfect for our vacation. It is located in a nice quite neighborhood and centrally located on the cape which was convenient for day trips to different locations.

The house was in a really great location. Easy walk to two different beaches and a short drive to a larger beach. Centrally located to shops, restaurants and easy to find with the very clear directions from the homeowners. The home was very clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need while on your trip. Just pack your clothes! The house is well set up for travelling with kids and the backyard is a really nice space. The only issue we had was getting in touch with the homeowners in the days leading up to the trip but they came through with everything we needed in time for our stay so it all worked out in the end. Would recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay here for our first family vacation with our little one! The house is cute, exactly as pictured, and fully equipped with everything you need. It is also in a great location! The neighborhood is quite and peaceful yet a quick 10 minute ride to Hyannis for dining and shopping. The bay is a short walk around the corner where we stayed most days instead of hitting the busy beaches. The homeowners were fantastic in communicating back and forth about our needs for the house or suggestions on where to go to eat or things to do. We will definitely be back when we return to the Cape.
