It is a clever conversion and idiosyncratic in design. Very central. Nice comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water. Air con was superb. Good quality fridge and handy convection hot plate. Good coffee machine and kettle. All very clean. Incredibly friendly staff.

Quite funny really. I wasn’t exactly going to produce cordon bleu meals, but only having 1 fork, 1 spoon and 3 knives made dining interesting. The pans had a bit to be desired as well. Plates OK. But out of date coffee creamer doesn’t give a great impression. And not having a corkscrew in a holiday let in St-Emilion struck us as an irony, but easily solved by buying a bottle of wine in a shop that happened to still be open in the evening and getting them to take the cork out.

Location, clean and recently renovated, good communication

A tiny appartment not fit for 4 (no extra sofa bed in the bedroom, although it was inficated in the description, simply no place for it, we had to use a foldable bed which occupied all the space in the living room and blocked the door), the air conditioning works well for the living space below but does not reach the upper part of the duplex (the bedroom) so during the heat wave it was very hot there.

The location was excellent, very convenient to pop back in whenever we needed. The room was clean and tidy and everything was accommodated for. Nargis and her husband the hosts were lovely.

The bed mattress was not comfortable. It needed to be more strong / firm.
