Location - central. Lovely view from window. Good central heating. Friendly staff. Parking (tho a walk away) with electric car charge point

Le confort des lits, la localisation et l'accessibilité de la chambre, le petit-déjeuner très copieux et garni de produits frais, la possibilité de garer la voiture au parking privé de l'hôtel (payant et sur réservation), la gentillesse et la rapidité des échanges avec le personnel lors de la réservation, la vue depuis la chambre.
Je ne trouve rien à redire.

The toilet seat was broken but worst of all was the air conditioning unit. It sounded like you had an aeroplane engine in your room.

Attentative, warm and friendly hosts makes the stay exceptional. Stayed twice now and will most certainly return when in the region.

Air conditioning was a huge plus in a heat wave. Room was comfortable and well designed. Breakfast was good and the staff helpful and friendly. All good!!

Breakfast was too expensive, did not take it.
Asked for a taxi to the train and was told that once they pick up the phone to make the call that it would cost minimum of €20. This is not acceptable. Got a personalised alternative trip to the train station outside for €4. per person

The location of the hotel is great - every part of the town of Saint-Émilion is at the grasp of your fingertips if you stay at this hotel. Additionally, when it comes to the room that I've stayed at - it's clean, spacious, and equipped with a comfy bed and a bathtub. The staff is friendly and speaks English, and all in all - I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay at in Saint-Émilion.

Location is perfect in the centre of the village. Reception staff were very helpful. The breakfast was full and of a high quality.
Finding parking is a little bit difficult.
