Location very good, only a 10 min. walk to the town.

No issues

The property was well-maintained and presented in a tidy and clean condition, making it a perfect location for our stay. The owners were incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Water pressure in bathroom is not consistent

The property was clean well looked after and only a short walk to the centre

Garden would be much better with a grassed area for comfort during walm weather

The property was well presented, and very clean. However was let down by The cheap bedding. specifically the terrible pillows. We would have given 5* for cleanliness but the oven pans were filthy so hence 4* Other than this we were very happy with everything else.

The Location.

The owner was brilliant. When we had an unexpected issue, that was out of his control, he was straight round to help sort it out and make us feel reassured. The beds were really comfy, everything was spotless and clean.

Location surprisingly quiet as it is so near the centre of Derby. So much so that every evening at twilight a female fox and 2 young sat in the road just outside the houses. Lovely to see.
