Avalio o atendimento como incrível, desde o primeiro dia (24Out23), onde fui super bem atendido por uma moça que agora não me recordo agora e pelo super atendimento do Matheus no qual tive mais contato, bem atencioso, perguntei como eu faria para chegar no Estádio Allianz Parque, prontamente me passou todo o trajeto, fazendo além da sua função. Toda estrutura do hotel é nova e de uma limpeza impecável. Ambiente muito tranquilo, nenhum problema de barulhos, próximo a comércio. O bairro onde localiza o Hotel é muito tranquilo, bom policiamento. Fica próximo à estação de ônibus e Estação do metrô (Jabaquara). Próximo ao São Paulo Expo, onde fui a pé todos os dias. Referente ao apartamento que fiquei, super limpo e organizado, chuveiro incrivel. O espaço em comum, área da cozinha, há mesas, que podem ser utilizadas para refeições, como para trabalho, achei ótimo. Super recomendo, havendo oportunidade, voltarei com certeza. Já estava me esquecendo, o hotel tem apartamento individual, dublo, triplo e quarto quadruplo. Obrigado a toda equipe Hotel Casa Ocarina.

- Very convenient location of the hotel. It is located on a quiet street in 8-10 minutes by foot from the metro station Jabaquara, which allows you to reach the center of Sao Paulo in 30-35 minutes with its main attractions (Avenida Paulista, MASP Museum, the old mansion Casa do Roses, Sesc Paulista Tower, Italia Tower, Se Cathedral, Liberdade Japanese district). The area is safe what is very important for Sao Paulo. Once during my stay I returned after the sunset and everything was fine, there were no suspicious persons on the streets, although I still recommend everyone not to do so in order to avoid any possible trouble. - Small but clean rooms with everything you need, a small but comfortable bed in my Single room. - The Wi-Fi in my room worked perfectly. Everything was loading instantly. I made calls on WhatsApp to Russia several times and the quality of audio and video communication was just super! - Many thanks to the staff of the hotel: Alan (the owner), Tadashi and Igor. They all speak excellent English and can tell you how to get around the city and give necessary advises on safety in order the guests will only have a pleasant impression of their stay in Sao Paulo and not to be disappointed. On the day I arrived, Alan walked together with me to the subway station and helped me to buy tickets. BRIEFLY SAYING, THIS HOTEL IS HIGHLY RECOMENDED FOR A SHORT STAY IN SAO PAULO!

For this review not to seem being ordered by anyone I would like to mention two disadvantages: 1. The hotel is small and accordingly there is no kitchen offering a buffet option for breakfast. Just the basics: scrambled eggs, fruit salad, buttered bun or Brazilian pão de queijo, cupcake, and coffee (maybe I forgot something else). You won't stay hungry, but there is no variety in the food. 2. In the hotel's lobby Wi-Fi does not work so well as it works in the room but this is not essential actually.

The rooms are small but clean, and confortable. The badroom is nice, and very good.
