Escape To Quechee For Ski, Golf, Swimming! Family & Pet Friendly!
Un condominio tre camere da letto in un cortile privato, circondato da splendidi giardini e bellissime montagne. Situato in posizione strategica a ridosso della Route 4, a pochi minuti di distanza dai nuovi mercati, ponti coperti e Simon Pearce vetro soffiato. Il primo piano offre una camera matrimoniale e bagno privato, un ampio soggiorno con tanto di TV a schermo piatto con audio surround, una luminosa cucina abitabile e un bagno di servizio. Vi è anche un ponte fuori del salotto con una nuova griglia a gas e tavolo per godersi l'aria fresca del Vermont! Il secondo piano ospita due camere da letto (una con 3 letti a castello !!) e un ampio bagno. L'intero condominio è stato dipinto nel 2016 e gli aggiornamenti fatti in cucina. Questo condominio è a pochi passi da Lago Pinneo, un parco giochi e dispone di una piscina e campo da tennis in loco. Questo quartiere condominio offre anche una grande area comune per il gioco, passeggiate con il cane e sperimentare la vista! Vieni a rendere la tua casa lontano da casa mentre godendo Quechee Laghi due campi da golf, montagna sci, Quechee club di piscina coperta e scoperta, centro benessere e motivi incredibili!

We had a great family visit with three generations staying at the house - and it was a wonderful time. The house is clean and well appointed - everything you need or want.

Worked great for our family weekend visit to the area - the layout and space is super-functional, and it's in a nice neighborhood.

We (and our dog) had a wonderful stay at this lovely home where we met up to spend the weekend with the main event of a Dartmouth football game. Erin was extremely responsive and allowed us to have a late checkout on Sunday which made for an elongated and relaxing finish to the weekend! In addition to being a fabulous host, Erin went above and beyond - I forgot my jacket in the closet. She sent it to me! We all want to go back.

Erin is very nice and responded quickly to questions & concerns we had. The condo is in great condition and offers all the conveniences of home! It's a great location with easy access to the Quechee Resort, beautiful Woodstock, Killington & Okemo Ski Mountain and all the shopping in Lebanon NH! It was our 2nd time staying there & we hope to return again soon!

The condo was great! It had everything we needed for our stay. The 2 larger beds were extremely comfortable. (Not hard at all) The owner was easy to contact and very responsive. I hope we get to rent again in the future! Thank you!

We had six family members ranging in age from 25 to 91. The grandmothers got the double beds and the rest of us slept in the bunkroom. For my super tall brother, the inflatable mattress worked well. The kitchen is very well-equipped, the living room is comfortable and attractive, and for those traveling with kids or teens, there's an extra TV room in the basement. The property was spotless, and communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Highly recommend.

Quechee Lakes area is a wonderful place. This condo nestled in the beautiful woods of Vermont is ideal, close to everything.
Bonus it is "Dog Friendly", which is very important as dogs are family too! We all enjoyed our 28 day stay while our house was being remodeling. The hosts were very accommodating.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo in Quechee. The location was great for access to Woodstock, Killington and Hanover area and we found the condo to be very comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely come back.

This condo is so comfortable. It has everything you need. They have is stocked with all the essentials and plenty of room for your own things as well. We rented this condo for the entire winter and it really felt like a second home. The owners are very responsive and we plan to tell all our friends about this great rental.

Erin has a terrific property in the highly desired Newton Village condo area. It was nicely appointed with everything renters need, including kitchen basics and coffee. We will definitely rent from her in the future.

Quechee Lakes is beautiful. This condo has a pool and tennis court, and it is a lovely walk to the Quechee Club and the lake. It is well furnished. The beds are comfortable, linens are nice, lots of towels and paper products, spices and cookware. Everything was quality and well stocked. Great porch for sitting out. Owner is very responsive. We rent often and this is one of the nicest ones we have rented. Thanks for a great stay!

We were attending the Dartmouth grad. The place worked perfectly for my daughter, my parents and I. We hosted a small BBQ and the place was well equipped and comfortable. Great setting.

Beautiful condominium, better in person than photos, totally well equipped, great wifi and cable, everything we needed to prepare meals was in well organized kitchen. Would highly recommend as vacation spot. We enjoyed the Quechee club, Parker House restaurant, and the Nature Center was a great surprise. 5 star vacation
