Used this property as home bass for a week of site seeing. It is centrally located and worked out very well for day trips to Boatonf, MV, Provincetown and other spots in the area. House is very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. We appreciated that the house had everything available to us (cooking supplies, hair dryers, shampoo, toiletries, beach chairs, etc). This house was recently renovated. Beautiful home, well appointed. Had everything we needed. The view couldn’t be beat. Beach is down the street, but very rocky and not easily accessible. But there are other beaches nearby area was very quiet, very private. It was a wonderful getaway for all of us.

I have never been on vacation in a lovelier setting or home. We three enjoyed ourselves immensely. Our visitors loved it also and a few said they want to look into renting it. The house was well stocked which was a nice surprise for us. Handiness to stores was wonderful. I awoke several mornings to see a beautiful vermilion sunrise. I cannot thank the owner enough for providing this superb house to VRBO.

Our stay was wonderful. The ocean views are very beautiful. My wife and I really enjoyed sitting in the back yard and watching the boats. The house was very nice, clean and comfortable.

My whole family loved this home! It is clean and well kept. We stayed over Christmas but I would love to return in the summer months. It is hard to overstate the view from the house, looking out over the bluff. We absolutely loved sipping coffee from the comfortable chairs and watching the sun rise. Plenty of room for our family of four. The house is well equipped and makes it easy to enjoy meals and time together. The fireplace was warm and cozy and there is an outdoor fire pit overlooking the bluff. Nancy was a wonderful host and made everything easy. I would absolutely return. Terrific!!

Property was perfect for us and two adult children to celebrate Thanksgiving. Stunning view of the Bay and colorful sunrises. Home was super clean and wonderfully remodeled.

We were looking for a place to catch up with friends while enjoying a great view and this was perfect! Communication in advance and check in both were a breeze. The pictures don’t do the house justice. We loved that two bedrooms had great views plus nearly the entire first floor. Kitchen is in the process of getting updated and was well stocked. Note that if you are planning on using the fireplace or fire pit you need to bring your own wood or purchase some. Would definitely stay again if we return to the area.

We were 5 senior women traveling for fun to see Cape Cod & Martha’s Vineyard. This was the perfect place for us. The home was spotless, very comfortable and a fantastic location. Communication with Nancy was excellent. Check-in was easy. Plenty of space to spread out. We loved it.

This home served us well as a home base for day trips to Boston, Newport and Martha’s Vineyard. The home is spacious, clean and updated with comfortable beds, beautiful sunrises and located on the bay in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Host Nancy was easy to work with and responded quickly. We would definitely rent this one again.

Had a golf trip with 3 other guys. When we weren’t golfing we spent most of the time in the rental or outside by the fire. The ocean view was amazing! We saw whales breaching in the bay.

My husband and I spent a month at this home. Spectacular home with wide open views of Cape cod Bay. Set in a private setting. Great walking (hilly) and close to the Sagamore Bridge for trips to the cape. We highly recommend and will be going back! Thankyou Nancy!

Loved staying in this Oceanside home. The house is quite comfortable and spacious, plenty of bathrooms and beds. Everything you need in the kitchen and excellent views from any eastern window. Would definitely stay here again. Close to Plymouth and an easy drive around the cape to Provincetown too

We had a wonderful week at this cottage overlooking Cape Cod Bay. The cottage is spotless, nicely decorated, and conveniently located on a quiet street. The bedrooms, dining area, kitchen, living area all overlook the water. The photos do not do it justice!What little cooking we did was painless when we could look out at the view! Sunrises were especially lovely. Due to Covid concerns, we did lots if takeout or outdoor dining in Plymouth. The history and scenery in this area make it a perfect destination. This beautiful house is on a bluff, on dead end, in the Manomet section of Plymouth. It is well maintained, clean, and very comfortable. It is a quick jaunt to the beaches, shopping, and downtown. We love it!

This home is spotless and very comfortable. Nancy, the owner, answered our texts and emails promptly. We rented it because it was a couple of miles from our son’s home. It was a perfect home to relax after playing with 4 grandchildren all day(: Nancy was so kind to leave extra water, candles, and flashlights since we were expecting a storm. Don’t miss the sunrises- just gorgeous! We will return!

We loved staying at Nancy's home. My husband and I treated our college-bound niece to a summer tour of New England and called this home base for four nights. It was a great location for day trips all over -- from Newport all the way up to Maine. The house was perfect for our vacation and had everything we needed. The view was nothing short of spectacular. The sunrises and sunsets in your ocean-filled backyard NEVER got old! We'll definitely revisit this property next time we're down the shore/Cape.

We highly recommend this house. Communication with owners and checking in and out went very well. We spent a week here, and had a fantastic time. The home is very comfortable and well located between Plymouth and Cape Cod, and nearby Falmouth, MA for catching the Island Queen Ferry for a day visit to Martha’s Vineyard. This home looks out at the ocean, and the sunrises and sunsets were absolutely beautiful! The owners have thought of everything to make you feel at home. We found it very clean and well appointed. Close to grocery store and restaurants, as well as downtown Plymouth and nearby Plimouth Plantation. We enjoyed happy hours outside facing the ocean, and got up early to have coffee around the fire pit to watch the sun come up before breakfast. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook and dine in! We are two couples that are great friends and traveling companions who frequently rent VRBO houses, and this house is definitely a favorite! Thanks to the owners for sharing your home with us!!!!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay, the house was beautiful, had everything we needed, and the view was breathtaking. The owner was responsive to questions and very helpful. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in the South Shore/Cape Cod area.

Great location, great accommodations with a priceless view! It is hard to put into words the richness of the red sunrise, mid-day sun on the water and dusk with the moon rising out of the ocean.

The location is awesome, the house is very clan and well maintained, although we were only able to spend a long weekend we will definitely come back someday
