The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. Made great recommendations for restaurants, places to visit etc..
I didn’t like the following:
1. The iron board hooks had missing pieces and the sharp piece cut my husband.
2. The tub made a weird noise when you walk in it.
3. The water temp kept switching

The staff are always very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable.The breakfast is actually one of the reasons I choose to stay at the Hampton Inn. Overall the breakfast options are good and plentiful. A great and convenient way to start a busy day.
The only thing I really did not care for during this stay was the bacon in the steamer tray. It was cooked but extremely soggy like overcooked noodles and dripping in either grease or water hard to tell. Gross

Overall, the hotel served our purposes.
The breakfast was mediocre, uninspired. Stayed at a Comfort Inn after I left this hotel and the breakfast was far better -- taste and variety of items.

Gen Manager was nice
Room was not done until well after check in, rude check in staff, check in staff said there were no more rooms and said we couldnt upgrade upon request, the Gen Manager came over and granted us the upgrade, both elevators broken, we were on 4th floor, we got stuck in a broken elevator, the pool was dirty

Location was 10/10 a lot of stores and a lot to eat.

Good breakfast, very helpful staff, good location for restaurants and shops.
Only two lifts and one was out of order and that took a long time to arrive. When switching water from bath to shower only half the water changed to shower mode. I reported this to reception and they are awaiting parts to repair. Further out of town than expected.

Easy location for Portsmouth. Good breakfast but get there early as not everything replenished.
Coffee and water available in the lobby.
Bed comfortable and room had plenty of space.

The room was nice and the whole facility was nice and clean. We enjoyed the indoor pool as well.
It was a bit tricky to get to the hotel but we managed.

The hotel is pretty new and fresh-looking. Everyone was really friendly and the pool was lovely.
