Apartman je na izuzetno dobroj lokaciji, veoma je blizu Akropolja i mnogih restorana i kafića u podnožju Akropolja. Takođe, veoma je blizu Olimpiona i Hadrijanove kapije. Apartman je lepo uređen, čist je i ima sve što vam je potrebno za nekoliko dana. Domaćini su bili izuzetno ažurni i predusretljivi kada smo im se javili sa problemom u vezi sa kuvalom za vodu, što nam je jako značilo!

Pogled nije ništa specijalno, gleda se na drugu zgradu i pomalo se vidi grad, ali to nam nije predstavljalo problem. Postoje zavese i draperije tako da nam nije smetalo što je preko puta nas zgrada.

Molto comodo l’utilizzo dei codici di sicurezza per entrare nella struttura e nella camera perchè così si evita il problema di perdere la chiave visto che non esiste. La consiglio a chiunque voglia vedersi Atene senza spostarsi troppo con i mezzi, rapporto qualità/prezzo veramente ottimo.

La posizione è in pieno centro e di conseguenza si sente un pò il traffico, ma nulla di invadente. Io avevo la stanza al sesto e ultimo piano e non ho assolutamente patito, ma capisco che per altre persone potrebbe risultare anche un minimo fastidioso per camere a piani inferiori.

The location was so great. The city’s most prominent attraction site were close by, only few minutes away by foot.

The apartments were only a few minutes of walk away from important landmarks and attractions. They were easily reached with public transportation. The place was very clean and quiet despite being near a travelled road. The check in was and check out processes were smooth and easy. The staff was cordial and helpful.

The keypad of the main building entrance was a bit faulty. They didn't have a bidet.

O apartamento é muito confortável, espaçoso, limpo, silencioso e com uma bela varanda virada para a ACROPOLE. Ótima localização, a 100m do Museu da Acropole, com acesso pedonal fácil a todas a zonas mais bonitas de cidade e com muito comércio local na zona do alojamento A zona é supertranquila do ponto de vista da segurança, assim como toda a cidade. Atenas é uma cidade linda. Fomos 3 dias na primeira semana de janeiro e encontramos temperaturas ótimas para passear por toda a cidade, com pessoas super amistosas, poucos turistas, sem filas nas entradas dos museus nem da ACROPOLE, dias e noites muito animadas com os habitantes locais, imensas luzinhas de Natal que dão um encanto mágico à cidade.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The door to my room did not lock and the owners did not offer to help in any way when I contacted Booking.com. In fact, there were not even contactable by the site until the following day. I was on the fifth floor and was not advised that the lift was broken so needed someone from the street to carry my suitcase up 5 flights of stairs. Furthermore, there is zero lighting at night so you walk up/down a dark staircase which is dangerous and may cause a fall. For these reasons I changed hotels on the first night. Do not stay here. It is dilapidated, poor value and unsafe, without functioning locks on doors. This hotel did not care that I was a solo female traveller who is unable to carry a heavy suitcase up 5 flights of stairs, or that having a lock on a room door is a basic necessity. Please take my warning, save your money and stay elsewhere.

The location was great. Self check-in and access to the room by code was very convenient. The bed was comfortable and the blinds very effective. Even though the room faced a very busy street, it was still quite quiet. The little kitchen was stocked well enough so that we could make pancakes in the morning.

The biggest issue was with warm water. It took a long while for the water in the shower to get warm and one time it just stayed luke warm the whole time. Even after waiting for 10 minutes for the temperature to get warmer at full heat. The toilet seat wouldn’t stay attached to the bowl. The refrigerator in the kitchen was quite loud at times. Once the door to the bedroom was closed, the noise wasn’t noticeable.

It was clean and good location.

1. There was no bedside lamp. Bed side of the room was dark and I couldn't read in bed. 2. Room was facing a busy street and I could hear the noise a lot. 3. There wasn't any microwave or a hob in the studio. I could have any hot food in the studio.

De locatie, op loopafstand van de Acropolis en Plaka. Het was heerlijk rustig, je hoorde de stad niet. Alleen wel steeds duidelijk de piepjes wanneer iemand zijn kamer in ging. Wel makkelijk dat je geen sleutel nodig hebt. Praktisch ingeregeld allemaal, geen personeel nodig, behalve voor schoonmaak.

Personeel kan juist extra plus toevoegen aan je vakantie. Dit was praktisch ingericht maar de persoonlijke noot is er niet. Ook niet fout, maar beetje 'clean' vanwege geen menselijk contact.

We had a wonderful stay at the Athens Raise Acropolis Project. All the amenities listed on Booking.com were available in the room. You can easily walk to important central locations, or you can take the metro, which is only a 3-minute walk away. You shouldn't think of this accommodation as a typical hotel room; you can think of it more like a studio apartment. It has a small kitchen with a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, an electric stove, and kitchen equipment. We had a great time in the room by shopping at the nearby market. I highly recommend staying here. Furthermore, the team is very professional in terms of check-in and check-out. They send you all the necessary information via email before you arrive at the hotel. They also respond to your messages promptly whenever you need assistance, which makes you feel very well taken care of.

It was clearly stated that there would be no hotel-like service with clean towels and sheets, and I appreciate that. We stayed for 6 nights, and for longer stays, it would be even better if the trash was collected and the room was cleaned at least once.

De afgelopen jaren heb ik bij meerdere hotels aan dezelfde straat verbleven. Helaas blijkt dat Athens Raise Acrpolis Projects, in tegenstelling tot deze andere hotels, niet heeft geinvesteerd in geluidswering. Zowel het drukke verkeer als het elke ochtend om 9.00 uur continue afgaan van de mobiel van de schoonmaker zijn weinig relaxt en totaal overbodig. De kamer kwam beperkt overeen met de foto's zoals op booking geadverteerd. De kamer was gedateerd en soberder dan afgebeeld. Waarschijnlijk is een foto van een andere kamer (of andere locatie, want er zijn er meerdere) gebruikt. Op zich niets mis met een soberder verblijf, maar door het afwijken van wat lijkt te worden aangeboden en wat de werkelijkheid biedt, maakt dat de prijs kwaliteit verhouding totaal uit balans is en ik voor het eerst geen positieve review kan geven. Als een frequente bezoeker van Athene (meerdere keren per jaar) voelde ik me een beetje in de maling genomen op basis van de advertentie. En dat is jammer. Des te meer er in dezelfde straat betere hotels en appartementen zitten waarbij deze prijs het wel waard is. Mijn advies is om de advertentie aan te passen naar de werkelijkheid, zodat de reisiger een beter beeld krijgt van waaraan het begint.

The room was clean.

The check in time was 2:30pm, but we arrived at 9am. We hanged around for a few hours, not knowing we can drop off the luggages first, until we contact the live chat. It was very inconvenient for us. There was someone who was cleaning the room next door, I asked for some fresh towels, but was told I need to call.

Local muito bem localizado, que nos permitiu fazer tudo que planejamos para Atenas a pé. Quarto confortável, com sofá e pequena cozinha de apoio para quem pretende fazer refeições rápidas, embora você encontre locais excelentes para fazer as refeições a poucos quadras do local. Informações precisas e organizadas sobre o processo de check in (que ocorre por envio de código). Excelente roupa de cama e banho, e comodidades no banheiro. Chuveiro com boa pressão e excelente isolamento acústico (importante numa cidade movimentada e cosmopolita como Atenas).

A única observação é que Não é possível escurecer bem o quarto, pois as cortinas black out não dão conta do recado deixando muitas frestas e o ar condicionado não tem a opção de desligar o display, deixando o quarto com um azul meio chatinho para quem quer dar uma boa desligada a noite. Mas é apenas um detalhe. A acomodação é excelente de modo geral!
