Great stay in Sfax! I liked the room, very spacious and the bathroom and shower very nice. They let me park the motorcycle in a secure place.

Breakfast can be improved a bit but overall good.

La chambre est spacieuse, belle et moderne. Le petit-déjeuner était tres copieux avec en prime une belle vue de la ville

L’ascenseur est très lent et porte vitrée pour les toilettes (cela dépend votre niveau d’intimité selon avec qui vous voyagez 😉)

Estupendo hotel, muy cómodo y todo funcionaba perfectamente. Muy buen desayuno. En la esquina hay un buen restaurante. A 10-15 minutos andando de la medina.

El fin de semana (viernes y sábado) convierten el restaurante de la novena planta en una sala de fiestas con la música muy alta. Puede ser muy molesto a la hora de conciliar el sueño. Al menos desde la séptima planta se oía mucho.

Good service and clean rooms and relaxed. As well the car park is available and there are special staff for it. I do recommend it.

The only thing that I don't like is the variety in the restaurant, And the breakfast was good but I was waiting for more in the breakfast.

Everything, if I come again to Sfax, this will be my place of stay.

Booking.com had made an error regarding the booking, when I got there, the staff could not locate my booking. The staff arranged for the sister company to assist with the room availability and managed to get a like for like room for us. We are greatly appreciative of this arrangement to ensure we are not left without a stay at night hours with little ones. Thank you ❤️

WiFi uses outdated security, that should really be upgraded. And the AC did not work for some reason.

Centrally located, near the Medina (700m or so). The staff were all excellent - friendly and professional - and the guy at hotel reception (Oussema) deserves a special mention for his friendliness and helpfulness (he spoke excellent English as well as of course French and was full of useful info). Parking was easy in 'hotel-owned' street parking alongside the hotel. We stayed in Winter and it wasn't too busy and they were kind enough to upgrade our room to a superior with a balcony. It was lovely and spotlessly clean. Modern, stylish decor. Large TV (including BBC prime), fast in-room internet, fridge, balcony over the town (sea in distance). Very hot, powerful shower. Warm central heating. Coffee facilities. Great breakfast in the rooftop restaurant. We treated ourselves to dinner in the same restaurant and although it wasn't cheap (though, ok compared to European prices) it was an excellent meal with great service and the wine we picked was superb too. It was quite lovely with funky modern Arabic music and middle class couples/groups. Very fun and worth the price.

Ok, if really fussy, some milk sachets/creamer with the in-room coffee facilities would have been great, but this seems the norm in Tunisia. Sfax itself is an interesting, though maybe not beautiful city and driving in was a bit stressful.

AFTER STAY AT BUSINESS HOTEL A CAN SAY AGAIN IT WAS REALY GOOD THE STAFF OF THE RECEPTION WAS VERY HELPFULL, SPECIALY WAFA, EVERBODY DID THE BEST. I WILL BE BACK again .

The person who let me into my room could speak very good english and was very helpful showing me all the controls for the tv, air conditioning etc.

On going to check in the man on reception was very slow, re-arranged my room number.so consequently when I went to the restaurant the waiter did not have the details of my room number. After making two phone calls to reception telling me that is not the right room I just gave up and walked away.

the room is well designed and modern, breakfast was good too. staff r so friendly.

the only thing is that the room is more suitable for couples rather than friends, toilet and shower doors are made of glass.

It is a very nice hotel with reasonable price. The room and the bathroom was very comfortable, and the balcony view to the surrounding area and the sea were nice. The breakfast buffet is nice, although the restaurant was a little too hot.

The surrounding area was a little questionable, but I did not feel danger at all. Walking to the medina can be a little challenge crossing the main streets. Learn to walk like the locals and you will be fine.

Nice and modern hotel, cozy and comfortable room with balcony and big TV (no Smart-TV though!), good view over the city and onto the sea (from 6th floor), comfortable large kingsize bed, very kind and helpful staff (especially Ramsi did his best to make my stay pleasant), room service, good and rich breakfast with great view from the 9th floor, pretty central, two or three English movie channels!

No rooms with bathtub - although it says so on booking.com, no Smart-TV (so no Netflix or sharescreen-option), open bathroom may be stylish but is absolutely nonpractical (living room gets wet, mirror at the side), too many light switches (confusing)...

clear glass door for toiler and shower ?!!! have you ever heard the word privacy? for toilet no basket for toilet papers and sign to do not throw the papers in the toilet ? really and you want to be an international business hotel ? for two visitors, a coffe machine with one coffee tab , one bottle of water , one towel .. no comment..

Nice, modern hotel in the center of the city, near the tourist sights.

Dinner in the restaurant was good, but quite expensive for the standards of the country.
