The beach was clean, 4 outdoor pools with different activities, the food is perfect and with much variety, the cleaning staff is very nice

The pillow was not comfortable, me and my daughter were sinking and no one from the safe guard came to save us and when I reported no action was taken

great facilities with a beach staff were friendly and helpful it’s great that it’s family friendly water slides were great. but teenagers got bored quickly of them however younger kids will enjoy them all day everyday

it was tricky booking tables at the specialty restaurants. we managed to book a table at the Italian restaurant however the food was not special and deserts were pre-made as in frozen.

There was a discrimination with us(tunisien guests)and the other, and we were not given any attention until we were not informed of the entertainment programs that they carried out.

At first let me mention two good point at this hotel: we have mentioned on our Booking’s reservation a king size bed is much appreciated, but upon our arrival the front desk agent was welcoming, he was inform us that they have not prepared a room under our request, but he did his best to meet our request and he told his colleagues to got away the baby cot from the room while we were already The second point is the animation team they did their best to satisfy us and to made our vacation memorable, good luck for them.

Room: - bad smell in the bathroom - very noisy AC while it was off, even the maintenance have interfered three times, still noisy. - TV was out of service until the maintenance agent came to put on the cable The buffet as always was repetitive not even delicious or tasty especially the pastries. The bread was woolen and damaged it was unorganized hygienic thing. Drinks We have asked a soda during the dinner but it was seemed like sparkle water no soda even the restaurant waiter couldn’t tasted it was awful Pool: We went to the indoor pool at 11 am to relax and to try to forgot the unhappiest circumstances that occurred during our vacation, we were surprised by the work buildings in the intrance of the pool and the painting’s smell was unsupportable. We understand that you want to refreshed but not at the at time when the guests want to relax by pool at the morning. In addition, the pool was very cold at 11 am when it has to be warmed at 9 am without any attention from the staff. By the garden: The maintenance staff was making a hug noise adjusting the grass by the principle pool while we were profiting the sun in the morning with a spread of a bad smell which we couldn’t stay and enjoy.

The location

1- The room was wett on arrival because the Airco was broken and leakwater like a water tap !! 2- We spent almost 4 hours back and forth with the reception because of the leaking water of the AC, and exchanging rooms which were much smaller the one they ordered us on arrival. 3- The mattress (very uncomfortable mattresses and pillows) 4- The Bathroom - when you shower, water is escaping everywhere and the bathroom becomes full of water where you need to use all the towels to dry it !!! ... Tip for the hotel management team: I believe all your bathrooms requires a thorough inspection and restorations because it is a shame to have bathrooms in such power condition for a 5 star hotels.
