The location was good

The pots and pans need replacing and the oven servicing. The bed protector is stained so needs throwing out and revealed hairs when we lifted the sheets on our last day! The floor under the sofa bed in the living room has what looks like years of debris. Not what you expect to see. The flat needs to be inspected from to time to ensure the cleaning is being done correctly. We have sent a full email with photographs separately explaining our concerns.

Central location. Quiet and convenient.

Recycling shed on site overflowing. Obviously that one hadn't been collected,but others had. Platform style bed led to lots of bruised legs. Bathroom fan not working and two lights out. Also one dining chair broken and dangerous.

The apartment is modern, well equipped and located.

We had some difficulties finding the property and the lockbox as we did not read the instructions properly - so a tip from me read the instructions on how to get to the property and where the lockbox is before you go! :D

Close to the City only around 10 minute walk. Lovely pub very near by. Enough space for two people to stay comfortably. Great kitchen when self-catering.

The fire alarm was very sensitive, could not even make toast without it going off!

Good location 15 minute walk from town, kitchen was well supplied with dishwasher and washing machine.

The apartment was very small for 2 people and the entrance hall and bathroom had a damp musty smell.

Nice large flat screen TV and comfortable sofa to watch from. Great for the Euro final, same it could not have shown a better result for England but you can have everything!

Nicely decorated and comfortable apartment, would be a bit crowded if more than two people were staying. Nice well equipped kitchen. Needed a degree to operate the microwave, but it to work in the end with a bit of trial and error. Would use apartment again.

Walking distance to centre. Large enough, clean bright and airy. Great shower and comfortable bed.

Just need a brush so you can sweep up crumbs but other than that absolutely nothing.

Clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. Service from Blue Fox was good and efficient.

Smaller than expected and more basic than expected in terms of decor and facilities (esp. kitchen). A few more basics in the kitchen would be useful like cooking oil.

Really good location, just a short walk into Canterbury centre (15 minutes), and on the right side for us (we were visiting Hythe) and also handy for the Stour river walk - really beautiful from Fordwich. Lovely quiet and immaculate flat reached by a short flight of stairs, well equipped and very comfortable, with good wi-fi. Linen towels hand soap body and hair wash all supplied. Car parking space very close by. Perfect for just the two of us. On arrival the car parking pass was not in the key safe, but my call to the number given solved the issue without a fuss.

The only comments we have left are that it would have been nice to have more than one smaller tumblers for fruit juice and the water temperature could do with adjustment as it is scalding, but neither of these detracted from our stay.

Very compact Had everything that we needed. Was warm and loads of hot water!

It was quite small but that wasn’t a problem!
