Amazing location in kas old town. Stylish design, crisp white decor, comfortable bed and lounge room, plenty of hot water, balcony and courtyard access. Amazing! Would stay again next time I’m in Kas.

Kitchen wasn’t appointed with very useful utensils or things to get you started - more of a gimmick than an actual benefit

Clean room, good mattress, pleasant balcony. A short walk from the centre.

Sound isolation has room for improvement.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The room had everything necessary. Air conditioner saved our lives during the hottest days of whole summer. Kitchen was also well-equipped. We mostly cooked ourselves. Everything was clean. The place is very close to the center and everything around. I would recommend a friend :)

We were at the garden level, probably that’s why the room was unfortunately smelling moldy. It could be because of misusage of previous guests.

Good location, usable room layout, reasonable price.

A small dishwasher would be nice. Please move the fire alarm to the kitchen, when we were in bad, we were annoyed by it flashing every 30 seconds in the dark :-).

Very spacious apartment. Great many amenities and the hosta are always available and extremely helpful with local info. The walk is sometimes a bit much to the main pier but we liked the hike. Bus/shuttle services are right outside.

Good location, lovely modern apartment, old city centre with all restaurants in 3 minute walking distance, same about local small beach. Pleasant personal. Everything you need to get both city and beach vibe from Kas city.

The flat was very nice and clean with a very nice shower and balcony. Kitchen with essential crockery and appliances enough to prepare a fast meal. Free on street parking nearby.

Enough space to spend a few days but not the most spacious if you are carrying big luggages and staying longer.

The facilities were new and very clean.

Facility has place to cook but no extractor fan to remove the cooking smell.

Apartment is clean and there are plenty of towels. You have warm water and line to hang outside for towels and clothes to dry. Air conditioning is good, for the humidity.

Apartment has issues with power, when I tried to cook power goes out. It seems like the voltage is not enough for small stove and water boiler. Also, big minus for pans, as they are crooked it's hard to prepare food.

Exceptionally clean, modern apartment with air-conditioning. Also nice to have washing machine in laundry to use which was great. Bathroom shower water pressure fantastic and Deniz the owner was so accommodating. He brought us pears from the village as well as made us a cup of Turkish coffee before we left Kas. Definitely a quaint and pretty town which we would visit again and again. Sorry to leave this beautiful town.

Nothing we didn't like. Would however suggest a kitchen clothe to dry dishes as well as kitchen sink plug and a bread knife.

Perfectly equipped kitchenette, very well renovated room. Since our room was on the ground floor, we had access to the garden.

The room was spacious, clean and the staff was very helpful. They also provided washing lancing and cutlery.

They only offered one key so we couldn’t charge devices while we were away, our room didn’t had nice view

The apartment was very well set out and there was plenty of room for us and our belongings. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was excellent (a really good drenching). Everything was very clean and easy to manage. Access to the property was simple, the lift was useful for transporting luggage but we used the stairs. We enjoyed early mornings and late evenings sitting having a coffee and a beer on the balcony. The apartments are in a lovely quiet part of Kas but within a few minutes walk of the cafes, bars, restaurants and the harbour.

A toaster and scissors in the kitchen would have been very helpful, as would plugs in both kitchen and bathroom sink.

Towels/linen not changed and room not cleaned during stay. Not a real problem but would have been nice.

This was in a great location on a hill close to the town. Very friendly staff. Laundry services at no charge. All the cooking essentials available and nice big apartment with garden view. Quiet block. Would highly recommend for a stay in Kas.
