Ocean Front Cottage With Private Beach On Watch Hill End of Westerly
Questo è un cottage completamente rinnovato con 2 camere da letto con 1,5 bagni e una doccia esterna. C'è una nuovissima scala privata in legno a 50 piedi di spiaggia privata. C'è una zona salotto all'aperto con una buca per il fuoco in cima al muro del mare che si affaccia sull'oceano Atlantico. C'è un nuovissimo ponte in legno che segue la diga e ospita un grande tavolo e un ombrellone con 8 posti a sedere. C'è anche una griglia a gas naturale per tutte le esigenze di cottura accanto alla doccia esterna. Appena entrati nel cottage di 2 piani di 700 piedi quadrati, c'è una nuovissima cucina di fascia alta con ripiani in quarzo, doppia gamma Wolf, frigorifero Subzero e refrigeratore per vino e lavastoviglie Bosch. L'isola di quarzo contiene 3 sgabelli e il tavolo nell'angolo ha 4 posti a sedere. Il resto della zona giorno al piano di sotto ha un divano a 3 posti e una Smart TV a schermo piatto da 48 "con un pacchetto premium via cavo (HBO, Starz, Cinemax). Ci sono viste sull'oceano al primo piano dalle finestre del lato sud. C'è un mezzo bagno e camera da letto con 2 letti a castello, un letto estraibile doppio e una lavatrice e asciugatrice che completano il primo piano. Mentre sali la scala a chiocciola fino al soppalco / camera da letto al secondo piano, c'è una vista sull'oceano Atlantico da ogni finestra. Questo piano ha un bagno completo con doccia piastrellata personalizzata, soffione doccia a pioggia e due sondaggi armadio per appendere i vestiti. La camera da letto / soppalco ha un letto matrimoniale con un grande cassettone.

L'intera proprietà è stata abbellita con specie autoctone tra cui ortensie e peonie. Ci sono pietre miliari naturali che conducono dal vialetto all'ingresso principale della casa e anche dal ponte alla scala in legno che conduce alla spiaggia sabbiosa.

Pros. Very Well appointed All the necessary items you expect for a beach vacation

Cons. Very small if you’re over 6 ft upper bedroom may require lots of bending over

The house was immaculate and well-appointed, inside and out. It was clearly lovingly designed by someone who loves the ocean and has a vision for cleverly using every square inch of a space. We hope to return many times over!

Beautifully decorated beach cottage with both indoor and outdoor appointed spaces. Fully outfitted kitchen with Subzero and Wolf appliances plus a wine fridge were an appreciated luxury. Jacqueline was friendly and attentive and all the check in info and house rules were clear and easy. You can not beat the views from the main bedroom, you feel like you are part of the ocean. The outdoor seating areas and private beach access are spectacular. Thank you for a magical beach front experience!

This exquisite cottage is a breath of fresh air from the minute you walk through the front door. From the serene pale pastel seaside hues of the interior design to the inspirational and encouraging framed pictures throughout the home and the absolutely amazing views from every window it's a sublime experience for the senses. The sunrise over the water is unmatched and can be viewed from indoors, (I loved sitting on the floor in the bedroom and opening the windows to hear the waves and sea the sunrise) and the private beach or viewing deck on the front breakwater. The sunset is also gorgeous from the private beach. There are beautiful vignettes arranged throughout the home and exterior as well for people who love photography. I can't say enough wonderful things about this fantastic property and the owner. We lost our dog and came to stay here for some healing and fresh air and relaxation. The owner was so kind and sensitive to our pain. We left feeling incredibly comforted and blessed in every way. We are so very thankful to have found this priceless gem and such a lovely owner.

The weather was gorgeous so the views were awesome. The upstairs bedroom has endless views. There is a nice beach that we took walks on. This is a cozy little house with many amenities that we loved. We will stay again for sure. Tank you for everything.

Our stay at this oceanfront home was amazing! The views are spectacular and the home is lovely. We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen, walking the beach everyday, and being lulled to sleep by the sound of waves. The property hosts were very responsive and ensured we had a wonderful stay!

We had an amazing time at the beach! We had our 3 oldest granddaughters with us for 3 nights and the rest of the stay was just my husband and I! We loved the house and thoroughly enjoyed just looking out at the ocean and away from phones! Jacqueline was amazing to work with, and her house is immaculate and beautifully decorated! Beautiful Home Beautiful Beach
My husband and I splurged and decided to get a house right on the beach. We were not disappointed. The house is super clean, gorgeous, top quality everything - from the incredible panoramic views of the ocean, Block Island, Long Island , the high quality appliances, master bath and we’re pretty sure we could see Taylor Swift’s house on Watch Hill. Also, the neighbors were really nice too. Everything you need for an amazing beach vacation has been provided for by Jacqueline. The pillows were really good, the comforters were clean, the blankets were cozy and spiffy. We would stay here again for sure. Thank you Jacqueline, we had an amazing week!

Fantastic beachfront cottage
Everything about this rental was wonderful. The space is small but was perfect for our small group. Everything we needed was in this well maintained cottage with modern amenities. There is a full selection of cooking and dining items, which is a rarity in rental homes. All the beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards and a few beach games provided were really convenient and in great condition. We loved everything about this rental. The location is two properties away from the Pleasant View Inn which brought a good deal of foot traffic past our private beach but we didn’t have any problems with people trying to use the beach in front of the home. When we had questions, the property owner was responsive and easy to deal with. Well done!

Truly magical cottage
My husband and I planned our first weekend away since prior to COVID. Our daughter, son in law and their 13 month old baby decided to join us at the last minute. The house is very well equipped and clean. We loved it. The only negative is that the bunk beds feel more like a full bed than a queen. My daughter didn’t really care since it was her first time away in over a year. And her son got to feel sand for the first time! Perfect location. Can’t wait to return.

You Won’t Want to Leave
Everything was as advertised—but better in real life. There’s just no way to beat being this close to the sea, the views from inside and out, and the character and charm of the house. The house was well-stocked, spotless, and functional for a small or larger group. Folks on the beach were friendly and easy going—Westerly is a great place to vacation., with tons of options for day trips, dining, and family stuff. We appreciated every single moment here and hope to return again.

Even with cold weather we were able to enjoy our stay in this cute house right on the beach. The house is beautifully decorated inside and out. There are so many great details and you can't beat the view! The owners were really easy to communicate with and made sure our stay was great. We really hope to make it back here again 😀

Perfect family escape
This cottage is picture perfect... beautifully decorated in a Beach theme. The master bedroom has the most amazing views of the ocean. We loved sitting in the chairs by the FirePit overlooking the beach. Our children had the best time ever, walking down the stairs right to the beach. We can’t wait to return!

Most perfect beachfront getaway
This house is absolutely as clean and sweet as pictured with every possible essential needed for a comfortable stay. I wish my own home was so well-organized and immaculate. The view from the bedroom is spectacular and, as we went in the off-season, the only noise we heard the entire stay was the waves. It was a much-needed break to be out of our own home and enjoy the fresh air, sunshine, and beach of this cottage. There’s not much to the town, which was fine with us and Watch Hill is a few miles away and it’s lovely. We did find a great coffee place nearby and that was all we needed.

Fantastic stay
This home is lovely, clean and comfortable. The beach was beautiful, and during our stay at the end of March, completely empty. It felt like we had miles of beach all to ourselves. The views of the ocean are spectacular. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Stunning mini house
If oceanfront is what you care about then this place is all about that and then, as a bonus, the space is well designed and very well equipped. On windy/rainy days you might think you are almost on a ship! Clear days are glorious, long walks on the beach and hours sitting staring out at the ocean RIGHT THERE! Inside we had everything we needed for a whole week of gourmet cooking and family card games. Bliss!

Exceptional property, clean, nicely decorated, comfortable! In these difficult times, just an amazing get away. Already booked for next year, wish we had booked full week this year. Amazing getaway with no covid exposure!
We just got back from our wonderful getaway at the Bella Vista! The house is very well done and has everything you could possibly need and more including your own private beach just steps away from the front door! Could not have asked for better. The owner: Jacqueline was super responsive and a great communicator, it was a pleasure-thank you!
