I like everything.

It was close to everything. Check in was a breeze. Loved the elevator and location was Excellent! Plus everyone was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and bright, better than the pictures.

There was nothing I didn't like except that the bathroom floor was a little nippy. An extra bathroom mat or complimentary slippers might help. Other than that the decor was beautiful. One of the nicest rooms I've stayed in in a while.

Wonderful location . Just what we were wanting. I had never heard of this beach or the Inn but it was phenomenal !!! Great place to get away and the staff was excellent. Wish we could have stayed longer

Location is perfect… towards the end on Atlantic Ave … quieter … great location for coffee shops and dinner restaurants (Gino’s)! Fifth year staying here… will book again for next year! Staff is all family … very friendly and cannot do enough for their guests!

people who are not staying there are able to park and use the private beach. this caused over crowding on the beach ( someone who was not staying at the motel had a large speaker on the beach)and people who stay should not have to spend an extra $20 to stay past 11:00 check out time. the parking lot was too crowded when the middle was full. in addition, while the accommodations were clean, it was pricy for one bedroom and a shared beach. wifi was spotty as well.

Our room was water front, and amazing view!

There was no in room coffee maker, Iron, or phone.

Love that the room was ocean front and there was a porch! The room was very, very clean, well decorated and comfortable. Nice little private beach too! The owners and the people who run the place were all just so great to us. They take a lot of pride in the property and were very happy we came there.

Be great if there was an actual screen on the big door to the porch. Probably not much that can be done about it but the hotel to left when facing the water (which is not being well maintained) blocks the sunset from the balcony. You ARE overlooking the parking lot first before the sand and the water. It'd be good if the orange cones (distracting) they use in the lot could be removed and designated spots could be marked to be unobtrusive so the focus is strictly on the beach. They were nice to give us a room on the 2nd floor. I would imagine the rooms on the 3rd floor (which were booked) have the best views they can offer based on how the property is situated. Don't get me wrong. Overall we were very, very happy and will definitely go back!!
